MeeSeva Introduces ‘Application for Integrated Registration of Establishment under
Labour Laws’ service to the Citizen, which is under Labour Department. E District is a State
Mission Mode Project under the National e
volume services which are to be undertaken through backend computerization to electronically
enable the delivery of these services through Kiosk/department counters. The e
application will be a secured application that will ensure data privacy
Payment/SMS/email gateway as and when they will be available. The application shall also be
integrated with kiosk login. This Service facilitates the citizen to apply for the Application for
Integrated Registration of Establishment
Centre.
The following are the types of Integrated Registration of Establishment under Labour Laws;
1. AP Shops & ESTTS, Act 1988
2. Motor Transport Workers Act,1961
3. Contract Labour(R & A) Act,1970
4. Interstate Migrant Workmen(RE&CS) Act,1979
5. Building And Other Construction Workers(RE & CS)Act ,1996
6. Payment of Gratuity Act,1972
7. Beedi& Cigar Workers (COE)Act,1966
8. Contract Labour(R & A) Act, 1970 (
9. Inter State Migrant Workmen (RE&CS) Act, 1979 (License of Contractor Establishment).

Introduces ‘Application for Integrated Registration of Establishment under
Labour Laws’ service to the Citizen, which is under Labour Department. E District is a State
