Students anticipating transferring to Concordia University may use this guide for selecting Southeast Community College

College courses. Students should communicate with the Concordia University Registrar Office to confirm course

selections.

Within the hours required for graduation each student completes a general education component. Students are required

to meet the specific hours in each of these general education requirements. The minimum number of hours may be

exceeded depending on the courses a student chooses.

To be admitted, transfer students must be in good standing and have a 2.50 or higher grade point average on a 4.00

scale at the institution from which they are transferring. A maximum of 70 semester hours will be accepted for transfer

from a two-year institution. A grade of C- or above must be received in all courses accepted for transfer credit.

Southeast Community College uses quarter credit hours while Concordia University uses semester credit hours

(4.5 quarter credit hours equals 3 semester credit hours).
