Creating a Map

Add a Basemap.Search for layers to add

into the map. Add new layer to the map.

Create a New Map

If the search box is left blank; A list of ALL available layers will be displayed.

the Details Tab to

and Change Symbol

Change symbols by

clicking Change Symbol button

Joining Groups1. Find and choose group then

send a request to join.2. Notifications tell you when

your request has been accepted.

You then choose to enter the group.

Your group membership listing…With your new group added!

If membership is not available.

Creating GroupsCreate information about your Group. Add users to your group by invitation.

Example invitation, user chooses to join or decline invite. Your new group with added users.

Create a New Group.

Restricting Group MembershipUse the Status designation to change visibility of your Group to other users.

As the Group Owner, you have the ability to remove users.

Private Groups cannot be searched forUsers may join by Invitation Only!

Organization restricts the Group availability to just users within our organization and will require an Invitation by the Group Owner or a Request by a user to Join. These are searchable.

Public allows anyone to join the group WITHOUT the knowledge of the Group Owner.

Check box for “Users can apply to join group” is available for Organization and Public Groups Only.

As the Group Owner, you have the ability to accept/decline users requests to join your Organization or Public Groups.
