Biography ARILD STENVIK, LIC ODONT, DR ODONT (PHD) Department of Endodontics University of Oslo Oslo Norway Dr. Arild Stenvik is Professor and Head of the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Oslo in Norway. He was a graduate of the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Oslo in 1963, and completed his post-graduate training in orthodontics from 1966 to 1968. His academic degrees relate to tissue reactions and to the need for, and provision of, orthodontic treatment. He served as Dean for Teaching and Learning at the Faculty of Dentistry, Oslo from 1999 to 2004. Dr. Stenvik initiated, and for a number of years led, the interdisciplinary unit for planning the treatment of complex conditions in children. Dr. Arild Stenvik is Professor and Head of the

Department of Orthodontics at the University of Oslo

in Norway. He was a graduate of the Faculty of

Dentistry, University of Oslo in 1963, and completed

his post-graduate training in orthodontics from 1966

to 1968. His academic degrees relate to tissue reactions

and to the need for, and provision of, orthodontic

treatment. He served as Dean for Teaching and

Learning at the Faculty of Dentistry, Oslo from 1999

to 2004.

Dr. Stenvik initiated, and for a number of years led,
