AS-Quick Connect - The Building-Block Design


The basic requirements for dispensing systems used in the

electronic industry for all types of packaging are:

• utmost safety for the operator

• simple & quick to install & connect

• no dripping and spillage of chemicals

• no cross contamination

• built-in vent system

• flexible to adjust to different local requirements

• economical operation

• minimal chemical residue

All above require closed circuits for the liquid chemical and

vapour/N2 flow.

The Basic Design of the AS-Quick Connect Products • Precision machined on combination CNC turning centers with live milling

spindles.

• Made from highest quality HDPE, HDPP, or PVDF

• All parts made of plastic,metal-free, welded body

• Integrated check-valve

• Use of reliable long lasting Kalrez®, Perfluoroelastomer, and Viton® seals

• Liquid ports connect with Flaretek® inch- tubing or NPT

• Choose horizontal or vertical port direction

• Flaretek® vent port with 1/4"internal thread

• Chemical key coding disc with coding pins, without chemical contact

• Long guiding shaft ensures free feeding of the head into the dip tubes

ensuring accurate alignment before the threads are engaged.

• Fixed orientation pin ensures accurate coupling of the AS-QC dip tube.

THE PATENTED CODING SYSTEM

The key-code was designed to eliminate false drum

hook-ups to the chemical supply system.

The QC-2 system allows 84 specific settings.

Coupling is only possible with the correct pin setting

according to the chemical key code.

Examples:

Dispensing Sulfuric Acid = Chemical Code 2 (1-2-4)

Recirculation - all liquids = neutral Code 20 (4-5-6)

TAMPER PROOF SEALS

For bung & dip tube closures. Available for one-way and

round trip transport use.

The AS-QC-system consists of: Dispense Head & Dip

The AS-Quick Connect dip tubes can be supplied in any length for use in IBCs (totes), drums, canisters, jerricans and

bottles. Standard thread sizes are S56 - S62 - S70 - G2inch - KS60. We also offer dip-tubes for almost any drum &

thread type (eg.. S70x5_Kodama, American 2” and others)

All products are made from high purity resin, qualified and certified for highest purity

semi-conductor grade electronic chemicals.

Dip-tube parts like drum inserts (heads of the dip tube) and flexible bellows (for the

compressible dip tubes) are welded together with the extruded dip tubes to ensure a

firm connection. Material: Standard dispense head: High purity HDPE
