Welcome to intu Potteries
intu Potteries is the largest shopping and leisure destination in Staffordshire and South Cheshire. Not only do we want you to enjoy your visit with us, we want to bring you a whole new shopping and leisure experience. We have over 80 shops and an indoor market to make you spoilt for choice. Our exciting new leisure development is now open bringing you a nine screen cinema and seven family restaurants. We also have loads of treats for you: fantastic events throughout the year, free Wi-Fi, mobile phone chargers and Kids’ Club goodie bags.

serviceAccessible shopping: Wheelchairs can be hired from the Customer Services Desk located on the Upper Mall.
Amazon Lockers: Shop on Amazon? Our Amazon lockers are located on the escalator landing outside Debenhams home department. Just down the steps/escalator from River Island and H.Samuel. From Amazon choose Click & Collect and from the location, choose ‘Flax’ at intu Potteries.
Baby changing room: If your little cherub needs freshening up or if you just need somewhere quiet and private to breastfeed, visit our baby changing and feeding room on level 6, next to the public toilets.
Bus drop off/pick up points: There are lots of bus stops just outside on Quadrant Road and Stafford Street.
Cash machines: We have six cash machines available, located in the Lower Mall outside Evans, on the Middle Mall outside Topshop and Millie’s Cookies, on the Upper Mall next to the Customer Service Desk and two outside at the Hive by Chiquito.
Collect Plus: You can now send, collect and return parcels at the Customer Services Desk seven days a week.
Loop facility: Available at the Customer Services Desk located on the Upper Mall.
Mobile phone charging stations: Isn’t it annoying that it is always when you need your mobile phone that you realise that the battery is low? Worry no more, we have installed two free-to-use and secure mobile phone charging stations. They are located next to Topman on the Upper Mall and outside Melice French Patisserie on the Lower Mall.
Parent and child parking bays: These can be found on levels three, five and six of the multi storey and on the surface car park in front of the restaurants and cinema.
Pick up the perfect gift
Buy at the Customer Services Desk or online at intu.co.uk/potteries. The gift cards are accepted in over 70 stores in the centre and in 15 intu shopping centres across the country. For a full list of stores and restaurants which accept the intu gift card and a list of intu shopping centres visit intu.co.uk.
Soft play area: Your little ones will have a ball in the soft play area. Let off a bit of steam with room to jump, move equipment around and play games under your watchful eye. The soft play area is located on the Middle Mall outside The Sweet Emporium.
Wi-Fi: Keep up to date with news, check the score, update social networks and even stream video on the go and it won’t cost a penny! Wi-Fi is free at intu Potteries.
Photocopies: We offer this service at the Customer Services Desk located on the Upper Mall.
Taxi drop off/pick up points: Taxis can drop you off right on the doorstep on Town Road or Stafford Street. Please see the referenced areas on the map.
Free family funSign up to our Kids’ Club today at the Customer Services Desk or online and get a free fab goodie bag for your little ones.You’ll be kept up to date about all the upcoming kids’ events including character appearances and half term holiday activities.

Car parking chargesMulti-storey car park: £1.20 per hour (or part thereof). Monday to Sunday from 4pm: £1 fixed charge. Sunday: £1.50 fixed charge.* The car park will remain open 1 hour after the last film ends.
