AUSIA Relationship with SUGEN

New SUGEN Growth Model.

SUGEN has decided to strengthen its strategic role as a global network by supporting its growth

with emphasis on engagement and commitment. The growth will be translated to inviting new user

groups to the network supported by a process to stimulate engagement and commitment. The

process of engagement has been formulated by a Committee composed by 2 CLT Members

(Grahame Reynolds SAUG, David Ruiz AUSAPE ) and 3 UG Members volunteers ( SBN, SAPSA, ASUG

Argentina). It already counts with the approval of the 16 members.

At this point, SUGEN will start a process of regular yearly meetings with SAP in order to identify

different User Groups, regardless of their size or maturity level.

The idea is to boost flexibility and decrease quantification.

Attendance to the F2F SUGEN Meetings is not compulsory, but highly recommended.

SUGEN User Groups are encouraged to provide information to the SUGEN Growth Committee (SGC)

about other SAP communities that may be candidates to join SUGEN.
