Workforce Diversity Award Criteria and Instructions CRITERIA This category is open to organisations (not individuals) with programs currently underway or complete that can demonstrate how they meet the following criteria: How the organisation has identified a diversity issue within its business and has taken steps to remedy the situation. Provide statistical data supporting the efforts of the organisation in the area of diversity, e.g. the percentage of staff in the organisation including but not limited to gender, age and ethnicity. Details of the development, delivery and outcomes of the initiative. How the initiative has added to the benefit of the rail industry in relation to diversity. IMPORTANT CONDITIONS OF NOMINATION Each of the criteria must be addressed in the nomination. Nominees are strongly encouraged to include supporting material. Self-nominations by individuals must provide: o a second/third party endorsement o referee contact details SUBMITTING YOUR NOMINATION To submit a nomination, respond to the questions on the Workforce Diversity Award Nomination Form. Nominations must be saved with the category title and nominating company.

Provide statistical data supporting the efforts of the organisation in the area of diversity, e.g. the percentage of staff in the organisation including but not limited to gender, age and ethnicity.
