Welcome to the country’s 1st AWR (Abdominal Wall Reconstruction) Conference and Live Operative Workshop. The focused, two-day event is being organized by the Department of Comprehensive Hernia Surgery of Medica Superspecialty Hospital, Kolkata, at the city’s well-known J W Marriott Hotel, on 19 & 20 May, 2017.
he group is exclusively for experts in bariatric and metabolic medicine and Tsurgery. It shares and archives bariatric surgery videos, articles, and presentations pertinent to managing the intra-operative and post-operative complications. It also serves as a forum for daily requests for opinions, and live discussions by members on clinical questions and problems. IBC participates in national and international meetings relevant to Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery and also hosts live video‐streaming, Webinars every month.
