PARTIAL TUITION FEES EXEMPTION FOR NABA MASTERS TWO-YEAR
POSTGRADUATE DEGREES
In order to promote excellence in academic disciplines, NABA intends to support highly motivated and talented young people, by offering 35 scholarships that partially cover (60%, 50%, 40%, 30% and 20%) the tuition fees to attend two-year postgraduate degrees in Communication Design, Design - Specialization in Product Design, Design - Specialization Interior Design,
Fashion & Textile Design, Visual Arts and Curatorial studies.
Scholarships will be awarded according to the candidates’ portfolio and/or curriculum vitae assessment by the Coordinating Director of the chosen program.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?•Studentshavingauniversity degree certificate or a first-level
academic diploma,orearningthatqualificationwithinthelasttermofa.y.2015/16.
•Theselectionwillbealsoopentostudentshavingnon-academic qualificationsorhavingaproven professional experienceinrelevantfieldsforthechoseneducationalpath.

WHO WILL BE AWARDED THE SCHOLARSHIP?•Aspecificcommissionwilldraftthelistofscholarshipawards
afterconsideringtheassessmentoftheCoordinatingDirectoroftheprogramthecandidateisinterestedin.
Incaseofequalassessment,thehighestpositioninthelistwillbegradedaccordingtotheweightedaverageoftheexamspassedduringtheundergraduatedegree/first-leveluniversitydiplomauntilthedateofapplicationforadmission.PRIZEThebestprojectswillbeawardedascholarshipforpartialcoverageofthetuitionfeetoattendthefirstyearoftheselectedMAProgramsstartinginFebruary2017.
• 1st prize:nr.1scholarshipperprogramcovering60%ofthetuitionfeetoattendthefirstyearoftheMAProgram(eitherinEnglishorItalianlanguage)
•2nd prize:nr.1scholarshipcovering50%ofthetuitionfeetoattendthefirstyearoftheMAProgram(eitherinEnglishorItalianlanguage)
•3rd prize:nr.1scholarshipcovering40%ofthetuitionfeetoattendthefirstyearoftheMAProgram(eitherinEnglishorItalianlanguage)
•4th prize:nr.2specialmentionscovering30%ofthetuitionfeetoattendthefirstyearoftheMAProgram(eitherinEnglishorItalianlanguage)
•5th prize:nr.2specialmentionscovering20%ofthetuitionfeetoattendthefirstyearoftheMAProgram(eitherinEnglishorItalianlanguage)
WHEN WILL THE RESULTS BE COMMUNICATED?Thelistofscholarshipawardswillbepublishedonwww.naba.it,andresultswillbecommunicatedbyemailtostudentswithinNovember 7, 2016.Scholarshipallocationwillbemadebyaspecificcommission,whosejudgementisfinal.Incasecandidateswouldnotsatisfytherequirementsofmeritsetbythecommission,NABAreservestherightnottoawardthetotalnumberofscholarshipsoffered.
HOW DO I ACCEPT MY SCHOLARSHIP? CandidateswhohavebeenawardedascholarshipmustenrolwithinandnolaterthanNovember 14, 2016,otherwisethescholarshipwillberevoked.
Thescholarshipsawardedbutnotacceptedwillbetransferredtothefollowingcandidateinthelist,providedthatthelatterwillbedeemedaseligible.
GENERAL CONDITIONS•ForTwo-yearPostgraduateDegrees,thescholarshipis
renewedforthesecondacademicyearprovidedthatthestudentpassesanumberofexamstotallingatleast40creditswithintheFalltermofa.y.2016/17,havinganaveragemarknotlowerthan27/30.
•AlsostudentswhohavealreadybeenadmittedtoaprogramcanfiletheirApplicationforParticipation.
•AllscholarshipamountswillbedeductedforeveryacademicyearfromthelastinstalmentofTuitionFees.
•ScholarshipamountsforTwo-yearPostgraduateDegreesarecalculatedoutoftheyearlytotalcostnetoftheRegionalTaxfortheRighttoUniversityEducationequalto140Euros.
•Thescholarshipwillbenolongerapplicableincasethestudent:doesnotenroltoNABAwithinthedeadlinesetoutbythecompetitionannouncement;renouncestoattenduniversityordemandstobetransferredtoanotherAcademy/University;incursinmoreseriousdisciplinarypenaltiesthanwrittenreprimandforinfractionsagainstNABA.
•Everymoralorpaternityrightastotheprojectremainspropertyoftheauthor.TheprojectssenttoNABAwillnotbereturned.
•ThescholarshippresentedinthispublicannouncementcannotbecombinedwithothereconomicreductionsofferedbyNABA.
•ParticipantsthatwillbeselectedacceptthatpartoftheirworkwillbepublishedonWebsitesand/orSocialMediachannelsoftheinstitutionsinvolved
