Mall

How? Incorporate the “card” into CapitaLand shopping

malls in the form of a rewards card, where customers are given discounts/ cash rebate whenever they tap their cards on a card reader upon purchase

Benefits? CapitaLand mall’s management will be able to get

hold of customers profiling information by looking at their purchasing records. This helps CapitaLand mall in planning for the trade mix of their future shopping malls/developments.

COMMERCIALIZATION PLAN (2) To incorporate into Starbucks

How? Incorporate the “card” into Starbucks in the form of a

rewards card cum prepaid card, where customers are given discounts/ whenever they tap their cards on card readers to make payment or to collect Starbucks points

Benefits? Starbucks will be able to gather precious information on

client’s preference and taste, which will help them in their R & D of new food and beverages. Furthermore, the card will also help to improve customer satisfactions by personalizing each cup of beverage ordered.
