BETTIS Europe Manufacturing Facility in Hungary

The new BETTISTM manufacturing facility will enable improved responsiveness and market competitiveness by streamlining material sourcing, optimising inventory management and an overall reduction in lead time. By bridging the transportation gap between the USA and Europe, this production facility will provide greater LOCAL support to European customers serving major energy and industrial projects across the region and the rest of the world areas.

The facility is staffed with a best-in-class team, fully trained by Valve Automation personnel from the USA and Europe. The quality system and manufacturing processes are a duplication of those used in other BETTIS plants around the world, these represent best practices we developed from many years of experience.

Best-in-Class Manufacturing

BETTIS Europe is designed to increase our global manufacturing capability for BETTIS products and improve our supply chain capabilities across Europe. This new hub will improve our lead times and at the same time, greatly reduce our logistics and duty costs throughout the region. To ensure that the best manufacturing procedures are constantly practiced, each site conducts an annual internal audit of their quality management system processes and procedures. Formed by on-site members, audit teams thoroughly review procedures and operations and use their findings to identify weaknesses and document improvements that have been made over the past year.

Valve Automation Customer Excellence (VACE) Team Valve Automation always stands behind its products and fulfilling its role as a sales and projects support group, the Valve Automation Customer Excellence (VACE) team will be providing the top-notch support services that we are known for. The VACE team will improve our logistics operations in the region by catering to the needs of customers and ongoing projects in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Manufactured Products BETTIS G-Series Scotch Yoke actuators provide customers with industry-leading pneumatic and hydraulic valve operating solutions. Its unique and reliable features have led to extensive use in the oil and gas, refining, chemical, power generation, nuclear and other industries.

Plant Capacity

Designed to be a premier manufacturing facility in the region, BETTIS Europe will concentrate on the production of the BETTIS Scotch Yoke G-Series actuators from medium to large size. Testing facilities are also present to evaluate and ensure the quality of all manufactured and serviced actuators.

In addition to the stated unit manufacturing capability, production capacity is flexible and can be increased if the demand requires it.
