TOOLS NEEDED: Standard or metric socket set. Depending on the vehicle.

Once your OEM H13 is removed from the

headlight assembly, you can install the H13

    high/low HID bulb.

To do so, simply align the locking tabs on the

base of the bulb with the cutouts in the

headlight housing and twist into place.

NOTE: Always install the ground wire (-) first.

READ FIRST: Most H13 Hi/Low kits are relatively easy to install. Remove yo

headlight before you begin This will allow the HID kit to be installed much e

ier. If removal of the headlight assembly is necessary please refer to your ve

cles owners manual for instructions. Note: We are using a 2004 Ford F150 for

install. ALWAYS START THIS INSTALL FROM THE SIDE OF THE CAR CLOSER TO THE VEHICL

BATTERY OR IF THERE IS NO BATTERY IN THE ENGINE BAY USE THE BATTERY CHARGIN

POINT IN ENGINE BAY, SEE OWNERS MANUAL.

Next we will begin to wire up the H/L wiring

harness. Its best to start with the battery ter-minals. On the wiring harness there will be

one (+) and one (-) terminal ring. Install the

(+) terminal (red head shrink) to the (+) termi-

nal on the engine bay. Use a deep socket to

remove any nuts to allow terminal ring to

    properly be installed. 5

We will now continue working with the

remaining plugs on your wiring harness. Plug

the H13 female plug from the wiring harnessinto the male H13 plug from your OEM power

    supply.

Pictured is (+) and (-) Terminals correctly

    installed on to your battery.

Once you have completed that, plug corre-

sponding AMP connectors from HID bulb to

    your ballast.

Now that side is complete we can direct the

remaining wire from the wiring harness to the

    opposite side of the car.

One again plug the 9006 connector from the

    wiring harness into your ballast.

The last step on this side of the car is plugging

in your high/low function. To do so simply plug

in the 2 prong male/female connectors

together. The female plug will come from your

HID bulb, the male plug will come from your

    wiring harness. 12

The last step on the wiring harness is plugging

in your high/low function. To do so simply plug

in the 2 prong male/female connectors

together. Then using the tie wraps in the kit

    secure the wiring harness.

At this point you may notice that the OEM H13

power supply on one side of the car is hang-

ing freely , and is not connected to the wiring

harness. Do not panic, the design of the

wiring harness bypasses the H13 connector

on one side of the car. Your bulbs will function

properly without this plug connected to the

wiring harness. Then test to see if the kit works

as designed, start with the lows, then flick on

the high beams. If everything looks good,

    reinstall your headlight and enjoy.
