d-vacì Oxalate Tubes contain a series of oxalate anticoagulant agents.By using an inhibitor and special inside treatment, the blood samplecan be preserved for a longer period without its original status beingchanged and the metabolism of blood cells almost cease.

Oxalate Tubes are widely used to collect blood for glucosedeterminations. Sodium fluoride is used in Glucose tubes as glycolysis

inhibitor to preserve glucose when combined with anticoagulant potassiumoxalate.

d-vacì Gel and Clot Activator Tubes are used to collect bloodfor clinical biochemistry and immunology. They can improve serumsurfaceand prevent substance exchange between blood cell and serum.

Guaranteeing biochemical character and chemical componentsof serum unchanged evidently for a long time, which do not needto use special tool to transport serum.

In special cases, if a syringe is required to collect blood, please remove the needle header and then inject for thequantitative blood, preventing the leakage of anticoagulant.

d-vacì EDTA Tubes use EDTA. K2, EDTA. K3 as additives.

They are widely used to collect blood for clinical hematology

examinations and are suitable for blood cell analyser.

1. Most of the indexes are not effected after routine biochemical serum is changed into plasma.

2. The collection amount should be as sufficient as required to avoid the increase of relative density of heparin, which will effect the measure of calcium and ferment.

3. The test result is unlikely to be repeated when sample is kept 6 hours after collection, especially for the index of AST, ALT, TBIL, DBIL, GGT.

Different test method will bring different influence.

d-vacì Heparin Tubes are widely used in blood collection andanticoagulation for clinical biochemical examinations, emergencybiochemical tests and also some items of hemorrheology.

They have the advantages of fast clotting, being fit for a wide rangeof temperatures and are highly compatible with serum samplequato.

Heparin

d-vacì ESR Tubes are used for blood collection andanticoagulation in sedimentation rate testing. The measurement refers to the Westergrenmethod.

d-vacì PT Tubes are blood collection tubes, using 0.129mol/LSodium Citrate as anticoagulant, whose Volume Ratio is 1 to 9(1:9) compared with blood sample volume.

PT Tubes are mainly used to collect blood for coagulation testing, with the advantage of high accuracy in matching between theproportion of blood and anticoagulant.

d-vacTM Collection Needles

Kink Resistant TubingExcellent blood flow, through kink resistant tubing.

Soft wings allow for easier veinpuncture

Safe and User Friendlyd-vacì Multi-Sample Needles have beendesigned to greatly reduce risk ofcontamination and eliminate directuser-contact with blood sample.

Smooth Sharp NeedleMaximum patient awareness minimises patientdiscomfort, d-vacì coated needles are sharpand smooth minimising pain during penetration.

with multi sample needle and holder

1. Select an appropriate tube for intended test

and remove cover from the Multi-Sample Needle.

Attach the needle to the holder and screw until tight.

2. Carry out routine disinfection.

Select puncture site and perform veinpuncture.

3. Push tube into holder, puncturing stopper.

Center tube in holder to prevent sidewall penetration

and premature vacuum loss.

Remove tube from holder as soon as it is filled to stated volume.

Do not allow contents of tube to contact the stopper

or the end of the needle during these procedures.

4. If multiple blood sample needle is necessary, remove tube and place

new tube into the holder. Repeat procedure from step 3.

5. As soon as blood stops flowing into the last tube, remove

needle from vein, applying pressure to puncture site with

dry sterile swab until bleeding stops. Invert the tube 5-8

times to mix the blood.

6. Dispose of the needle with an appropriate device.
