News Letter # 3 October 2009

This is the third monthly news letter for BBCH, I have just returned from a few days visit

to Boracay to see a flurry of activity since the land asset sales of BTPP.

• Windows have now been delivered and are been fitted. This will seal the

building so internal work can now be carried out in units for A block.

• Stair and corridor tiles are also been installed.

• Room furniture ready in Cebu Factory to be shipped.

• Resort road is been installed and concreted

• Gatehouse foundations are currently been excavated.

• Resort fences are been installed.

• Exterior painting almost complete.

• Lobby area working for completion.

• Bedroom wooden balconies been installed.

Monthly site information

Tax declarations;

Letters are been prepared by PI staff to forward to UK office this week.

UK office will forward during November.

Monthly completion Report

Punch list will be forwarded separately this week.

Hand over.

We are now working towards a December hand over for B block to rent rooms for

peak season with as many of A as possible.

Finance

Money has now been injected into block A to bring it forward and complete units.

Rental Returns

As confirmed before these will be honoured for all fully paid units, however until hotel

is operational these will be impossible to give out. We are on the home stretch and

appreciate your patience with the returns.

Block C

BTPP are just organising the first stage of super construction for block C. Divider wall is

now been worked on and resort road, so the construction of block c will be boarded

off, once this has been completed we will have date for manpower activity.
