If and when they are coming to settle here is still debated by resource managers and scientists. However, in the meantime the public should be prepared and learn more about these creatures so we can live without fear and co-exist peacefully. Specialist Gerald Krausse, who has spent five years in Maine filming black bears, will present some of his findings and selected video clips. Registration is preferred, contact 783-8254 or [email protected] SEA GLASS JEWELRY CLASS THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 6:30 P.M. LOCATION: KINGSTON FREE LIBRARY Join us a local artisan, Georgia Hitti, teaches a free sea glass jewelry making class. You will have the opportunity to choose a piece of lo- cally collected sea glass and be instructed on wire wrapping a sea glass pendant. All glass, wire, charms, and tools will be provided. Each person goes home with their pendant and an 18 inch silver plated chain. If you have a special piece of sea glass you would like to use, feel free to bring that. This is a beginner class and the minimum age is 14. Registration required, contact 783- 8254 or [email protected] All branches of the South Kingstown Public Library will be closed Monday, November 12 for VeteransDay. WILD BEARS PRESENTATION

Join us a local artisan, Georgia Hitti, teaches a

free sea glass jewelry making class. You will

have the opportunity to choose a piece of lo-

cally collected sea glass and be instructed on

wire wrapping a sea glass pendant. All glass,

wire, charms, and tools will be provided. Each person goes

home with their pendant and an 18 inch silver plated chain.

If you have a special piece of sea glass you would like to

use, feel free to bring that. This is a beginner class and the

minimum age is 14. Registration required, contact 783-

prompts to get you started. We’ll have notebooks available

(while supplies last), or bring in one of your own.

TEEN MOVIE MATINEE: SOLO

Teens in grades 7-12 are invited to start off

their Thanksgiving break with a showing of

envelope contains a surprise Random Act of Kindness that

middle and high school students can complete.
