NEWSLETTER TEMPLATESThe templates below should be used for creating and sending KCTCS Transformation and area-specific newsletters. The template on the left will be used for KCTCS Transformation Update on President’s Leadership Team (PLT) report. After the report is reviewed by leadership, local information can be added and distributed to college stakeholders.

The newsletter on the right is an example of a KCTCS Transformation area-specific template. This template should be used for creating and sending newsletters to area-specific stakeholders.

• In all documents except for the least formal (such as email or social media updates), please refer to the full name in first usage. Second and subsequent usages should be “KCTCS Business Plan.” Never use an acronym in place of the name.
