For the past 42 years, AIESEC in Brazil has strived to create a positive impact on society. Global Citizen Third SectorThis is currently our largest project and offers exchange
participants a great opportunity for personal and professional development while generating direct social impact.
Short GCDP’s with management style job descriptions at NGO’s.
The organisations are small and medium associations, foundations and other sorts of NGO’s.
The internship lasts between 6 weeks and 3 months with a majority lasting from 2 to 3 months.
Accommodation is provided but food, transportation and salary depends on the organisation and LC.
Fundraising: Bazaars, fundraising events, developing projects and campaigns (2-3 months), direct fundraising (3-6 months).
Communication: institutional branding, institu-tional communication, web portals, social media, volunteering recruitment etc.
Project and programme management.

Global Citizen Educational ProjectThe Educational Projects of AIESEC in Brazil are a way to directly impact a community to deliver cultural
and educational workshops for elementary, middle and high school students. This project, along with
the university project is our fastest growing project with a vast amount of long-term potential in Brazil.
A team of interns delivering educational activities in schools about culture, global issues, language, paradigms breaking, cultural respect and many other concepts such as sustainability, entrepreneurship, human rights, social responsibility, global perspective and internationalization.
The activities are delivered through workshops, lectu-res and recreational activities.
Workshops on the following subjects: Global perspective, social responsibility, entrepreneurship vision, emotional intelligence, proactive learning, citizenship, positive impact on society, world ten-dencies, Brazil in an international world.
Other activities can include: language workshops, motivational activities with teachers, participation on the current projects the school runs.
Interns can assist the institution on finding new education methodologies.

Global Citizen University ProjectA perfect setting for exchange of academic and cultural knowledge, which translates into personal and
social development. This project, along with the educational project is our fastest growing project with
a vast amount of long-term potential in Brazil.
A team of interns delivering cultural and educational activities in universities about the international political organisation of leading emerging market countries to offer higher education to university institutions wishing to place their students in touch with multiculturalism and international integration, discussion of socioeconomic issues, and global policies.

Presentations about other topics such as interna-tional career opportunities, international business, economics, international relations, etc.
Running study groups
Facilitating discussion groups.
Other activities can include: Skills workshops, soft skills workshops, career workshops, negotiation simulations, UN simulation forums.
Interns can assist the institution in negotiating international cooperation agreements with other institutions abroad too.

Global Talent Hotel ManagementThe Global Talent Hotel Management programme is developed to help hotels of all sizes that wish to
receive tourists or are in preparation for the World Cup and the Olympics. Help out in the hotel industry
by providing useful insight into the popular tourist industry in Brazil. You also have the added benefit
of being foreign yourself, which means you will be able to contribute more towards aligning the hotels
services towards the needs of tourists.
