BID STICKERS & SILENT AUCTION RULES

At registration, attendees will be given a bidder packet which includes the program with bidder number and

individual, personalized stickers. These stickers are like CASH this evening! These stickers are used when bidding

on the Silent Auction items, Wine Surprise, ICE Box and drink tickets. You pay one final bill at the conclusion of the

evening (cash, check or MasterCard and VISA are accepted).

The bidder understands the merchandise is offered “As Is” and of “Estimated Value.” The Auction Committee makes

no warranties, expressed or implied, or representations in connection with the sale. Please read all guidelines and

restrictions for each item. A Winning Bid in the Silent Auction and/or A Purchase of Wine Surprise, Drink Tickets and

ICE Box Raffle is considered a Legal-Binding Agreement and must be paid for at the conclusion of the auction. No

items may be exchanged once purchased. If an item is not used before the expiration date, the Auction Committee

is not responsible for replacing the item or extending the date. Trip destinations may not be exchanged, and all

restrictions noted on gift certificates apply and are the responsibility of the Buyer.

SILENT AUCTION

1. The Silent Auction area is open for bidding at 7:00 p.m. and will close during the Ballet Performance.

2. All items have bid sheets. Guests desiring to bid must do so by placing their bid labels on the corresponding Bid Sheet. If additional labels are needed, they can be obtained at check-in any time throughout the evening. Do not remove Bid Sheets during the bidding.

3. Opening Bids are indicated on the Bid Sheets. Please observe minimum bid increments for each Silent Auction item. Incorrect bidding will nullify a bid.

4. All announcements made during the Silent and Live Auction take precedence over printed materials.

5. Silent Auction items that are not claimed will be sold to the next highest bidder on the sheet. Items are not to be removed until paid for at check-out.

Relax, have fun, and bid high!

This is going for a great cause.

Thank You!
