under the supervision of an experienced team, who are well informed

about the various international standards of the Oil & Gas industry such

as PTS, API and BS.

One noteworthy service provided by and under the purview of the Oil & Gas division is our major offshore fabrication yard. In 1995, the yard became the first steel fabricator to be ISO9001:2008 QMS certified.

The fabrication yard, well equipped with automatic welding machines, CNC fabrication machinery and a fleet of high capacity cranes, is located on a sea-fronting land with its own load-out facilities. This choice location is an added advantage as completed structures can be exported out via the yard or any of the 3 ports located within a 20km radius of the yard.

The yard has a handling capacity of 25,000 tons of steel per annum, with the ability to cater to both upstream and downstream projects. Apart from the fabrication of O&G structures, the yard is also involved in other facets of steel structures in the petrochemical industry, power plant industry and both land, and marine infrastructure works.

Since it began operation in 1995, the yard has achieved almost 2 million man-hours without LTI and received various international recognitions.
