– Emergency Response Plan
– Staff fire safety training (frequency/extent/recordings, etc.)
– Fire evacuation drill (format and frequency)
– Regular management checks/ routine maintenance and inspection of systems and equipments
– Fire risk assessments

Section ‘B’ – BUILDING:– Design and construction must comply with the national/local
standards
– Design objectives and criteria to be achieved
– No prescriptive requirements: set of advices and best practices
– A thorough Risk Assessment will identify any deficiencies
– Prioritise deficiencies and put into place a plan of remedial action.
