From the SAP R/3 System Easy Access screen or from your favorites, enter or select transaction code ZIP24. Click or press Enter. The MAINTANCE SCHEDULING : Selection Criteria screen displays. 2. Click on the Variant icon . 3. Select (double-click) DPI_PM for a list of planned maintenance orders or DPI_MI for a list of thirty-day inspection orders. - Systems returns to the MAINTENANCE SCHEDULING: Selection Criteria screen. 4. Enter your plant code. Click . A. Explanation of Column Headings for DPI_PM: Maintenance Item Description Contains inventory number of the vehicle (e.g. bus number). Order Work order number generated by SAP. Due Packages - Last number in this field denotes which PM needs to be conducted (e.g. 6,12,24). Sort Field Responsible mechanic Counter Reading - Reflects last document entered for mileage (usage entered when fueled). NxtPlanCountReading (NPCR) - Last possible counter reading before the PM is late. Use this procedure to review and print DP02 MI/PM work orders scheduled for your County.

1. From the SAP R/3 System Easy Access screen or from your favorites, enter or select transaction code ZIP24. Click or press Enter. The MAINTANCE SCHEDULING : Selection Criteria screen displays.

2. Click on the Variant icon . 3. Select (double-click) DPI_PM for a list of planned

maintenance orders or DPI_MI for a list of thirty-day inspection orders. - Systems returns to the MAINTENANCE

4. Enter your plant code. Click .

A. Explanation of Column Headings for DPI_PM:• Maintenance Item Description – Contains inventory

number of the vehicle (e.g. bus number).

• Order – Work order number generated by SAP.• Due Packages - Last number in this field denotes which

PM needs to be conducted (e.g. 6,12,24).

• Sort Field – Responsible mechanic

• Counter Reading - Reflects last document entered for mileage (usage entered when fueled).

• NxtPlanCountReading (NPCR) - Last possible counter reading before the PM is late.

• Total Counter Reading - Reflects the total miles on the equipment master for the vehicle, Including vehicles with mileage in excess of 1000,000 miles.

• Difference - Difference between the last mileage entered (Counter Reading) and the Mileage when the vehicle will be due a PM(NxtPlanCountReading field)-”Miles left to go”.

5. On Scheduling overview list form: Maintenance Scheduling Overview List, select the vehicles to be processed

- Hold down the CTRL key to make multiple selections or click on to select all records.

6. Follow menu path Environment>Orders.- This moves the selected items to the Display PM orders: List of

Orders screen.

• Click on Change<>Display .- This changes the data to the Change mode.

9. On the Change PM orders: List of Orders click on and then on to release the orders.

10. Follow menu path Order>Print>Order.11. Distribute the printed work orders as appropriate.12. See sidebar for additional information on printing PM work

orders.

The menu path Order>Print Order defaults to the one-page printing set up for MI’s. To print more than one page or to print PM’s, it is necessary to drill down on the work order. Click on the In Process icon. On the “Order: Put in Process”dialog box, select Print with online window”. On the Select Shop Papers dialog box, select “MAINTENANCE ORDER”.
