ローレンスリバモア国立研究所により、開発された高効率タンパク質結晶化条件スクリーン用アルゴリズムCrysTool*)により規定されたコンポーネントで構成されています。CrysToolにより、Salt濃度やpH値のタンパク質溶解性への影響などを最適化しデザインされています。本スクリーニングセットは一般的に見られるSparseマトリックス

スクリーニングと異なり、重複がなく、広範囲な条件で無駄なくスクリーニング頂くことができます。
