Due to a recent accident caused by the usage of cell phones. We have decided to change the policies of cell phone usage for all sales staff. We desire all of our staff to work and drive in a safe environment. Below are the following rules that we will now employ.

-Please know your phone’s features-Use hands-free device-Make sure all cell devices are within reach at all times-If calls are received at an inconvenient time forward it to voicemail-Never use device during hazardous driving conditions

Please do not take notes or look up phone numbers while driving. Do not read or write while driving. Since we know that not using your phone at all while driving is almost impossible, we will provide devices to aid all representatives. You will be provided with a hands-free device and required to utilize at all times.
