We take a different approach to capital raising.

    Capital Raise.

We are not reliant on institutional investors, but we do have

deep institutional relationships that may be beneficial.

A subscription offering which allows us to work with the bank on

an offering price versus being told what it will be at the end of an

    offering.

Our offerings are geared to MainStreet investors who tend tobe less volatile in a changing market.

    Our Process

An initial database is created with names from the board, management, bankcustomers & shareholders. CCA also provides a list of high net worth individuals,

family offices, and institutional investors. These lists are constantly expanding with

    active referrals.

We work with the Board and Management to create a Database of Potential Investors.

Our goal is to get the contact to an informational meeting. We will work

with the Bank to coordinate numerous investor events. These will include

lunches, cocktail hours and general investor gatherings. We work with

management to create an investor presentation used at these events.

Community Capital Advisors will follow up with all attendees of

these meetings. Our goal is to educate the investor on the

different methods to purchase the stock.
