Madam/Sir,

With reference to the above cited subject some clarification sought from KVS Regional Office Lucknow and Ahmedabad regarding discrepancies in the Assessment Structure which was circulated vide KVS (HQ) letter No.11029 / 64- 1 / 2020 KVS (HQ)/Acad/ 1056-83 dated 03.08.2021 to all ROs. All received discrepancies have been examined at KVS (HQ) level and reply is enclosed herewith as Annexue-1& 2 for your reference and further necessary action. However, the circulated Academic Plan is suggestive in nature and not mandatory for strict compliance; some changes can-be made at RO:ytlevel within this framework, based on the local situation due to COVD-19 pandemic.

Kindly clarify the total number of questions to be asked under VSA, SA and LA type of questions in both the subiects.

The breakup of questions in Science & Social Science is consisting 15 marks each for classes 6 to 8 under Identification and classification' & Discovery of facts' in Mid-Term/SE Examination this may be modified as under:-

3 Whether class 9 and 11 Kendriya VIdyalaya Sangathan follows examinations are to be the guidelines issued by CBSE for the conducted as per CBSE exams of classes IX and XI. guidelines with all objective type questions or we have to follow the hybrid mode of question paper with incorporation of objective as well as subjective questions in Term-1 examination.
