Welcome to our Christmas Programme2011You have 2 main choices.

The RestaurantThe Restaurant is open through December for either a traditional

Carvery Lunch or a sumptuous Dinner choice beginning on the

29th November. Lunch continues to the 24th December and Dinner

until the 30th December. For details and menus see the following

pages.

Or

The Orangery SuiteOur largest Banqueting Suite can seat up to 170 people and we

are holding Christmas Party Nights from Friday 2nd December

up until the 23rd December inclusive. In addition there are some

special events. Please see details on page 9.

AccommodationWe have 18 excellent and newly redecorated en suite bedrooms.

Whether you are dining in the Restaurant or attending a Party

Night you can stay overnight and not to have to worry about driving

home.

We are offering double rooms for just £32.50pp Bed and Full

English Breakfast (based on 2 people sharing a twin/double room).

Alternatively why not really treat yourselves in one of our luxurious

Executive Suites for just £47.50 per person.

Please note that we are remaining open through Christmas and

into the New Year. Accommodation however is not available from

Christmas Eve to Boxing Day inclusive.

The RestaurantBoxing Day Lunch/New Year’s Day Lunch

Both these lunches take place in the Restaurant between 1.00pm

and 3.00pm and the Orangery from 12.30pm to 1.30pm and

the price is £27.50 per person for Boxing Day and £22.50 perperson for New Year’s Day. Please note that again we require

payment in full in advance. Please see page 7 for details.

New Years Eve in the Restaurant

A Special New Years Eve Celebration. A Cocktail on arrival

around 7.30pm followed by a great 6 course meal at 8.00pm.

This is followed by dancing to our resident D.J through until the

early hours. See 2012 in with style. Black Tie is optional. You

can choose whether you are in the Restaurant or the Orangery

Suite.

The Restaurant is the quieter option where you can have a

peaceful meal, yet will still be able to join the main Party in the

Orangery Suite. After dinner, the hotel will have set up tables

and chairs in the lounge and bar adjacent to the Orangery Suite

so you can join the celebrations.

Bar open to 1.30am and finish at 2.00am. See the Orangery

Section for menu. Priced at £65.00 per person. For menu see

page 8. The price for the Orangery is slightly higher at £70.00per person.

Accommodation is available on New Years Eve at £60.00pp

The Orangery SuiteParty Nights from just £19.50 per personIf you want to party over Christmas you have found the right place.Our Party Nights are great fun and consist of a Four Course TraditionalCarvery, Dinner and Dance with our resident and very experienced DJand start from Friday 2nd December.

We organise our tables to suit your numbers. We can seat up to 170guests each evening. The Orangery Suite is spacious, light and airconditioned throughout. Arrive at 7.00pm with a sit down time ofapproximately 7.30pm.

The prices range from £19.50 to £32.00 per person for the regularParty Nights. Also back by popular demand is the Robbie WilliamsTribute night on Monday 12th December.

Stay OvernightWhy not stay over and not worry about travel? All our bedrooms havebeen refurbished to a high standard and are ensuite. We are offeringa special Party Night Bed and Breakfast price of just £32.50per person(based on 2 people sharing a twin/double room). Alternatively why notreally treat yourselves to one of our luxurious Executive Suites for just£47.50 per person.

Children's Sunday Lunches with Father ChristmasSunday 11th December and 18th DecemberWe are holding 2 Special Children's Sunday Lunches with FatherChristmas himself present - we had to book him well in advance. Hereliably tells us he has a brand new sleigh to show off this year! He willbe giving out presents to the children after the meal and the price forthis will be £19.95 for adults and £10.75 per child. This is always greatfun for all the family.

Arrive between 12.30pm and 1pm. Lunch can be had separately in theRestaurant at the regular price of £16.95pp.If therefore you have children and would like them to see FatherChristmas you would need to book in the Orangery rather than theRestaurant.

Christmas Day LunchWe are open for a really special Christmas Day Lunch. We promise youa warm, fun and enjoyable 5 course meal with all the trimmings andthings you would expect. Arrive at 12.30pm for a 1.00pm sit down.See Centre pages for details. £75.00 per person. Please note we willrequire payment in full prior to the day. Please refer to page 13.

How To BookThe RestaurantPlease phone and book with Reception. We would ask that you leaveyour contact telephone number with us for reference. We will ring youthe week before your booking in order to confirm numbers. For Dinnerbookings we require a deposit of £10.00 per person at the time ofbooking for parties of 8 or more. We require payment in full for ChristmasDay, Boxing Day and New Years Day lunch as well as New Year’s Evedinner.

The OrangeryIf you are booking a Christmas Party night, please state that you wishto make a Christmas Party Booking. We will then pass you to the PartyNight co-ordinator who will deal with your queries and help you makethe reservation. For anything else, please state the event and we will putyou in touch with relevant person.

A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person will be required atthe time of booking for all Party Nights and room reservations. Thebalance of both must be paid in full by the 31st October. Any bookingsmade from the 1st November onwards must be paid in full. You canuse the booking form at the back of this brochure.
