CERTIFICATE II IN ELECTROTECHNOLOGY (CAREER START) - UEE22011 INTERESTED IN A CAREER AS AN ELECTRICIAN OR REFRIGERATION & AIR-CONDITIONING MECHANIC? All Trades Queensland’s Certificate II in Electrotechnology is highly regarded as a recognised pathway to an electrical trade and will provide you with the basic skills, knowledge and industry experience to help you gain an electrical or refrigeration & air-conditioning apprenticeship! As well as achieving a Certificate II in Electrotechnology (Career Start), high performing students who successfully complete their training will also have the potential to gain an apprenticeship with All Trades Queensland. Students will also attain: ENTRY REQUIREMENTS While there are no entry requirements for this qualification, it is highly recommended that students have a strong level of language, literacy and numeracy knowledge prior to undertaking this qualification. Color vision deficiency might influence employment outcomes in this industry. COURSE METHOD & DURATION Training will be a combination of theory and practical activities and assessment at one of our Training Facilities PLUS invaluable, real on the job experience! 13 weeks (including 2 weeks vocational placement) COST & PAYMENT The full fee for this qualification is $4,160. This qualification is funded by the Queensland Government for eligible students, under the Certificate 3 Guarantee program. This funding source is open to any Queensland resident aged 15 years or over who is no longer at school (with the exception of VET in Schools students) and is an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident (including humanitarian entrants), or a temporary resident with the necessary visa and work permits on the pathway to permanent residency.
