You get EVERYTHING you need! PILATES STRENGTH AND TONING (Multi-Purpose Room) 10:30-11:25 AM Pilates is a highly effective means of strengthening and toning the body's core muscles. The abdominal and low back muscles are the core muscles of the body. Pilates strengthens the core muscles by developing your pelvic and abs stability zones. It can improve muscle and joint flexibility and can build all-over strength. ZUMBA (Aerobics Room) 11:00-11:55 AM Zumba is a feel-happy workout that combines a motivating fusion of Latin and international music with unique moves and dynamic combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "Fun and Easy to Do" allowing Zumba® Fitness participants to stick to the program and achieve long-term health benefits in both body and mind. NEWTON’S LAW (Aerobics Room) 12:30-1:00 PM A body in motion stays in motion! Come and try a challenging work out that can be modified for any fitness level. Plan on surprises utilizing different types of equipment to target the hardest areas! Burn calories and tone your body with fun choreography in a party-like atmosphere. You don’t have to be a great dancer; this class is so much fun you’ll forget that you are working out. CARDIO DANCE PARTY (Aerobics Room) T/TH 10:00-10:55 AM $10/$60 Variety of dance and fitness choreography and the hottest music come together for a heart pumping, body sculpting workout. This class features a variety of music, including oldies, country, and Latin styles. DANCE FITNESS (Aerobics Room) T/TH 6:00-6:55 PM $10/$60 This class takes Salsa with a fusion of dance mixed in for a total body workout that will get your heart pumping while you’re having fun!! This workout is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. It’s fun, different, and effective!! STRENGTH, TONING & ENDURANCE A.M. SHORT CIRCUIT (Aerobics Room) M/W 8:30-8:55 AM $10/$55

Get to those trouble spots with this quick but effective workout that really hits below the belt. A great workout to add in with your cardio exercise program.

STEP EXTRAVAGANZA (Aerobics Room) M/W/F 9:00-9:55 AM $10/$70

Burn fat and have fun. This ever changing workout will keep you moving while setting your body up for maximum fat burning capabilities. Keeps the muscles guessing and keeps you motivated. Class will incorporate all types of fitness equipment, muscle toning, & abdominal work.

H.I.I.T. (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) (Aerobics Room)

M/W 5:00-5:30 PM $10/$50

M/W 7:00-7:30 PM $10/$50

H.I.I.T. is an enhanced form of interval training alternating short periods of high-intensity exercise with medium-intensity recovery periods. The short but intense workouts improve athletic conditioning, boost your metabolism, and increase fat burn.

RAISING THE BARRE (Multi-Purpose Room) T/TH 9:10-9:55 AM $10/$55

This class is designed to improve core strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and balance. This class is low impact yet surprisingly challenging. We will work every muscle, but don't be afraid – moves can be easily modified for any fitness level.

FOCUSED FORCE (Aerobics Room) M/W/F 10:00-10:55 AM $10/$70 This workout is ever-changing to challenge even the fittest individuals. It can also be modified for beginners as well. Great cardiovascular workout also incorporates strength, flexibility, and muscle endurance. This class is fun, functional fitness. Open to youth ages 9 yrs. and up accompanied by an adult, at instructor’s discretion.

SCULPT, STRETCH & STRENGTHEN (Aerobics Room) T/TH 11:00-11:30 AM $10/$50

Class will incorporate a variety of resistance training and toning techniques to keep your muscles guessing. The goal is to target those “problem areas” and improve overall strength and flexibility. Great class to add in with your cardio routine.

BODY SCULPTING/STRENGTH TRAINING (Weight Room) T/W/TH 4:00-5:30 PM $30/$90

Train to maximize strength and muscle tone. This class will have you feeling ripped in no time! If you’re interested in bodybuilding but don’t want to go it alone, this class will show you proper technique to get the results you want.

TURBOKICK (Aerobics Room) T/TH 5:00-5:55 PM $10/$60

This class mixes kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that makes you want to move. This full-body workout combines intervals and kickboxing moves to give you the ultimate cardiovascular and strength workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, this is a workout you won’t want to miss!

THE DIRTY THIRTY (Aerobics Room) M/W 5:30-6:00 PM $10/$50 You will work from head to toe developing strong muscles and strong bones all while increasing your core strength and stamina. You will have a better sense of well-being, get a better night’s sleep and burn calories and fat more efficiently.

FULL BODY TUNE-UP (Aerobics Room) T/TH 7:00-8:00 PM $10/$60

A truly VARIED workout class - high-intensity intervals, cardio, boot camp-style partner exercises, yoga & Pilates for flexibility, and much more! Perfect for someone who gets bored with the same ol' routine!

W.O.W. (WOMEN ON WEIGHTS) (Weight Room) T/TH 7:30-8:15 PM $20 – MEMBERS

ONLY Your workouts will come together with this age-specific program. Meet with a trainer twice a week to help you feel more at ease in the weight room. Class will help you understand the benefits of strength training as well as other fitness components such as flexibility and cardiovascular training. Class is limited to 6 people. MEMBERS ONLY.

A variety of equipment will be used to take it to the next level. With variety and added resistance your body will change.

This is not a cardio workout – but it’s still a challenge. Total body awareness, balance, posture, optimal breathing. Great core training and abdominal work. This is a very popular class; sign up early. You won’t want to miss this one!

YOGA (Multi-Purpose Room) T/TH 10:05-11:00 AM $10/$60

Increase physical flexibility, strength, energy, and balance while relaxing and calming the mind. Primarily Hatha YOGA stretches and poses, with a few Pilates and qigong exercises too. This class is suitable for any fitness level.

Y.A.T. (YOGA AS THERAPY) (Leadership Room) M/W 11:00 AM-12:30 PM $30/$90

If you’ve ever gone to a fitness class with the hope of working through a minor physical problem and felt like an outsider, this might be the class to try. Using yoga techniques coupled with basic fitness and rehabilitative principles, we will try to tap into the mind/body’s innate healing abilities through supportive postures and awareness exercises, giving each student the tools and support to help themselves. Class is limited to 5 students; previous yoga experience not required. Please note that this class is NOT a substitute for professional physical therapy or medical care.

M3: YOGA (Leadership Room) M/TH 7:00-8:15 PM $15/$70

Learn to listen to and work with your body, as it is, as you move through a Kripalu-based series of asanas or poses to increase flexibility, stamina, and strength. Basic pranayam (breath), anatomy, and meditation are woven into this class so you will use what you learn as you go. Bring a mat and your favorite props.

AQUATIC FITNESS AM SPLASH

Rise and shine with this early morning body splash workout. Wake up and get your day moving on the right track. A morning workout will jump start your day and keep your metabolism revved up for hours. WATER PILATES & STRENGTH

A focus on the core muscles using the resistance of water. This class will challenge your normal mind set of classes in the water but will still have the workout and relaxation incorporated like a land Pilates class.

ARTHRITIS PROGRAM

Do you have arthritis? Would you like to be more active or continue to stay active? Join our Arthritis Program. Exercises designed to improve range of motion and flexibility. Participants should consult with their physicians before beginning.

This water exercise class is designed to keep active older adults feeling fine. Like the Arthritis program, none of the exercises stress the joints, but provide increased flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and improved circulation. Preferred for those with bad knees, ankles, backs, or those showing signs of arthritis. Come exercise in an environment of fun, fellowship, and fitness. SPLASHDANCE

Get fit and have fun in the water! We bring the high-energy music and party atmosphere of dance fitness into the pool. If you want the fun of a land dance class without the impact, this class is for you!

YOGA SPLASH

Focusing on easy, flowing movements, this class incorporates elements of yoga, tai chi and easy-to-follow dance moves done to relaxing music. Start your weekend on a mellow note! DEEP H2O MIX

This high intensity deep water exercise program will incorporate deep water jogging (while wearing a flotation belt), strength training, and abdominal workouts with noodles. Deep water exercise allows for emphasis on cardio and muscular toning. It’s zero-impact, maximum-resistance, to give you the most in a wet workout. ATHLETES IN WATER *NEW TIME

Think the pool is just for kids and seniors? Think again! Runners, tennis players and other competitors find that the resistance from aquatic training gives them more of a workout than using weights or treadmills. And while land workouts provide one form of resistance – against the pull of gravity – water workouts provide resistance in any direction. That's a tremendous advantage in sports training, because athletes strengthen their muscles in exactly the motions they'll need in their sports. REGAIN RANGE OF MOTION

Similar to our Arthritis Program, this evening aquatic fitness class is designed to improve range of motion. A water workout eliminates impact and is gentle on the joints while increasing muscle tone and flexibility.

ONLY Teens under the age of 16 need this class to have access to the weight room. Class focus is on:

• Proper use of all machines • Safety while weight training • Proper lifting technique • Proper free weight use • Breathing and muscle function • Proper weight room etiquette

Teens are tested at the end of the course. Class size is limited to 10 participants. Members only.
