The two Presidents expressed satisfaction on the level of existing mul-tifaceted ties and expressed keen desire to further cement these rela-

tions.

The two leaders underscored the need for greater efforts in trans-lating the existing relations into economic terms. There was complete unanimity of views that the volume of bilateral trade needs to be tak-en to a level commensurate with excellent ties being enjoyed by the

two countries.

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang meet with Pakistani President Mamnoon Hussain at the Great Hall of the People.

China and Pakistan agreed to facilitate the construction of a China-Pakistan eco-nomic corridor, with a focus on cooperation in energy, industrial parks and trans-portation infrastructure .

The corridor connecting Kashgar in China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region to the southwestern Pakistani port of Gwadar was proposed in an agreement be-tween the two countries reached during Premier Li's visit to Pakistan in May 2013.

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang meet with Pakistani President Mamnoon Hussain at the Great Hall of the People.

China and Pakistan agreed to facilitate the construction of a China-Pakistan eco-nomic corridor, with a focus on cooperation in energy, industrial parks and trans-portation infrastructure. Both agreed to speed up the building of the economic cor-ridor. Pakistani President Mamnoon Hussain also met with China's top legislator, Zhang Dejiang, Chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress (NPC) in Beijing.

Zhang said China's National People’s Congress enjoyed its cooperative rela-tions with the Senate and the National Assembly of Pakistan and is willing to further expand friendly exchanges in all levels. Both leaders agreed to add new features of the times to this relation which must be endowed with new content of development.
