How to promote Citizen Participation in Smarter Cities? Solution for Instrumenting People to be part of City Administration

(i) Select Citizens select what type of

urban event they want to report

(ii) Collect The Mobile Application provides a reporting interface containing picture, location, classification,

and annotation.

(ii) Report and analyse The report is uploaded to the server and then submitted to a series of Analytics components

that will be able to derive relevant data from the citizens’ reports.
