Regulation 3-ENTRANCE/EXITS/RECEPTIONFACILITIES3.1 Theparkentrancesandexitsshallbesuitablylocated,laidoutandequippedfortheproperreceptionandcontrolofarrivinganddepartingguests,

theircaravansandmotororothervehicles.Theyshouldbeadequatelysignpostedindicatingthelocationandparkingpointforthereceptionarea. ✔ ✔ ✔ ✔

3.2 Theparkentranceitselfshouldbeplannedtopermitmaximumvisionandsafetywhileenteringandleavingthesite.Thereceptionmustbelocatedinapermanentbuilding(whichmaybepartoftheowner/manager’shouse)situatedadjacenttotheparkentrancesupervisingentryandexit.Thedesignandlandscapingoftheentranceandreceptionareasmustbecarriedoutandmaintainedtoahighstandard.

WhereSection34oftheLocalGovernment(SanitaryServices)Act1948isinoperation,theproprietor,inrelationtothepark,shallholdalicenceunderthatsection.

Allapplicableemploymentlegislationincluding,butnotlimitedtoPartIVoftheIndustrialRelationsAct1946andsubsequentlegislationrelatingtothepaymentofminimumwagestoemployees.

Thepremisesmusthaveadequatepublicliabilityinsurance.Ifrequested,acopyofthecurrentpublicliabilityinsurancecovernotemustbeforwardedtothecontractor.

Whereliquefiedpetroleumgasesaresold,compliancewithI.S.3213:1987CodeofPracticefortheStorageofLPGCylindersandCartridgesandS.I.201of1990(DangerousSubstances(StorageofLiquefiedPetroleumGas)Regulations,1990)shallbeadheredto.

EXEMPTIONARRANGEMENTS-continued

16.2 Failure to apply to renew – lapse of over 12 months.

TheNewStructuralRequirementsshallnotapplywhereapremiseswhichhasreceiveditsfirstregistrationunderasetofregulationsprecedingthesefailstoapplytorenewitsregistrationforagivenYearofRegistrationbutsubsequentlyappliestorenewwithin12monthsafterthefinaldateforsubmittingapplicationsforthesaidgivenYearofRegistration.

16.3 Initial registrations
