    Company Info

    Syrex Info Services is a domestic BPO that is closely associated withsome of the world's leading NGOs and contributing its share by raising

    ample amount of funds that will be directly used for the improvisationof the lives of underprivileged children of India.

    We are primarily raising funds for these NGOs. We are specialized inresource mobilization, working for the best of NGO's in India.

    Syrex Info-services started in October 2002.With the launch of Syrex Info-services the company made its mark in the BPO

    services sector keeping Fund Raising as the main focus. SyrexInfo- services serve clients like UNICEF, CRY, SOS ChildrensVillages of India, World Vision India, Swiss Emmaus & HopeFoundation. Syrex Info-services serves predominantly to theNGOs .

    Services provided by the company include Tele-Facing for UNICEF, CRY, World Vision

    India, SOS Children's Villages of India,Hope Foundation and Swiss Emmaus; Face-to-Face ; Inbound Operations of Anti-Ragging Helpline (UGC), and the GhaziabadDevelopment Authority.

    Employee will keep their mobile phones in the

    lockers assigned to their respective supervisors.Every employee is required to make the entry if theyare taking any office belonging to their respectivehomes.

    In case of any damage/lost that employee is liabletowards it.

    Attendance

    Be on time at your work place.Working Days :6 DaysWorking hours 9.30am-6.30pmEmployee must be at the place of work by the fixtime.

    If any case he/she is not able to do so he/she mustinform this to reporting authority.That will be marked as on Late Coming.

    Absenteeism

    Employee absconding for more than 3 days will beconsidered as Not Reporting.Employee should take prior permission from his/her supervisor for late to work & absenteeism.

    Wages will not be entitled for that period.

    No casual/paid leave for the first month of

    Compensation

    Salary will be not disclosed to any other person.

    Salary releases on 15 th of every month.

    There are no deductions except ESI i.e. 1.75% of

    salary.

    Negligence of work by any employee will not betolerated by the management.

    Exit Policy

    Every employee is required to serve the notice

    period of 15 days (for FRP) & 1 month (for Middle &Senior Management) to his/her supervisor.The decision on the resignation concerns (less than3 months) will be tackled by HR.

    The resignation of the employees (duration 3-6months)will be tackled by operation head.The resignation of the employees (more than6months) will be tackled by HR.
