• Data is encrypted while in transit and while stored on Microsoft servers.• Data will be stored in Quebec and Ontario by April 2016 for legal compliance.• License agreement is weighted in favour of users more than typical cloud
service privacy policies.
Document Security
• The main document copy is kept on your local hard drive and is synchronized to the cloud.
• Microsoft keeps cloud copies of documents secured on Multiple Servers and Multiple Datacentres to Nearly Eliminate Chance of Loss or Downtime.
• Acadia does not need to keep backups locally.

Role of A Champion
• Leading adoption.• Have access to a technical support team – special user training sessions.• Learn to use the features and contribute to Acadia specific support documentation
and FAQs.• Minimal time commitment.
Becoming Champions
• ATS will provide Customer Experience Events to demo capabilities and answer questions.
• When available, ASU Champions can talk about their experiences and answer questions.
Attending Experience Office 365 Events
• Users prefer the capabilities and capacity offered by cloud services like Hotmail and Evernote, and Dropbox to existing email and file shares.
• Office 365 offers those features, and also collaboration.• You can speak how you have been able to use the document collaboration and
