We have started business as an official exporting dealer of Japanese automobile manufacturers 50 years ago. 1908 Formed as NBK and opened a number of branch offices in the South Pacific Islands.

1942 Merged with Nanyo Kohatsu Co., Ltd.

After stabilising multiple businesses, NBK developed into a regional-based general business firm.

1945 Nanyo Kohatsu Co., Ltd. dissolved by the General Headquarters of Occupation Force after

the end of World War I I .

1946 Restarted business by Mr. Tokuichi Kuribayashi as the Trade Department of the Tokyo branch office
