iQXPRZ Power Inc. is a private corporation and has been in operation for more than 7 years, under the Romma Group of companies who has been in the electronics business for more than 2 decades. iQXPRZ Power Inc. has more than 22 years experience in packaging design and manufacture of power devices which was acquired as former employees of the manufacturing service provider of IXYS, MICROSEMI, VISHAY, and On-semi in the Philippines. The team was also responsible in the co-development of package variants for the mentioned companies, most notably IXYS’ Isoplus package variants and SOT-227 package variants. iQXPRZ holds patents for module packaging. The company offers high quality and reliability discrete devices, integrated modules, and power electronic solutions. iQXPRZ understands the unique complexity of our customers, thus we develop customized solutions that drive product innovation, cost savings and improved time-to-market.

o Customer from GERMANY

An inverter manufacturer in Germany expressed relief and appreciation on being able to fulfill an order from their customer on-time.

They contacted us inquiring for an Infineon parts replacement with very urgent and short lead-time requirement. The customer is about to encounter line stoppage situation. IQXPRZ was able to deliver the equivalent products on the requested schedule and the customer was very satisfied about the delivery performance and the quality of products received.

o Customer from GERMANY (GvA Leistungelektronik)

Another customer from Germany was looking for an IGBT replacement part for the power supply board of Deutsche Bahn trains. The IGBT parts that they are using are already obsoleted and they want to find the most suitable drop-in replacement that will work without need for any further modification. Our IGBT product was able to deliver the results they needed.

o Customer from GERMANY (GvA, Endrich)

One customer is looking for product replacement of obsoleted MOSFET product. We did a package design customization to provide solution to their requirement. Our customized MOSFET product worked well and the customer is satisfied with the solution we provided.


o Customer from CZECH Republic

This customer is looking for a MOSFET replacement for battery charger of rail vehicles. Currently using Microsemi products but having delivery issues and they are in trouble regarding delivery commitment to customer. We supplied them with our equivalent MOSFET product and they said that our products performed better than the Microsemi counterpart.

On another requirement, they requested for a customized power module solution intended for TRAM air conditioning system. Our product solution successfully qualify for the project. Now, we are currently collaborating on a bigger project for climate control system of reefer vans and passenger buses.

This customer expressed appreciation of the services that we are providing to them and totally convinced about the high quality and reliability of products we are supplying to them. They now consider us as a trusted partner for product collaboration projects.

Currently, the customer is developing a new product using iQXPRZ’ SiC diode module.

o Customer from INDIA

This customer is looking for a THYRISTOR-SCR, product replacement for 70TPS12, but he wants to have better product performance. A collaboration effort was initiated to implement internal changes. Our product replacement IQAG70S120A2 qualifies and performs well meeting the customer expectation.

More products are being developed using TRIAC and Thyristor in isolated eXpTO-247.

o Customer from TAIWAN

A solar inverter manufacturer is looking for product replacement of IXYS FRED product. Delivery is the issue, with lead-time stretching to unreasonable longer time just to deliver standard FRED products. Our FRED products qualify as drop-in replacement and the customer was able to fulfill their delivery commitments to their customer.
