BRIEF INTRODUCTION
General
AVEN PREMIER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (API) is a well-established company operating in East Africa
with Offices in Nairobi, Kenya and Mogadishu, Somalia.
The firm was started by its core founder Mr. Shiraar Hussein Rage in 2006 under its joint venture
partner firm, named Camel Construction and it thereafter officially changed its business name and
registered independently with the name IDMAN General Trading Company Limited in 2013. The name
was, thereafter, changed in 2012 to Aven Premier International Limited.

HSE Policy
API believes that Health, safety and environmental management as one of the fundamental factors
that should be given due attention throughout project execution. API establishes a sound HSE system
in the Project and strictly follows its implementation and precautions set out in our HSE Policy and
Procedures manual by assigning a HSE officer, an Engineer with a specific duty of supervising the HSE
issues in the Project. All workers on site are insured by Group Workmen Insurance. All workers, staff,
Engineer's representatives and visitors are provided with basic HSE while working in or visiting our
project sites and quarry.

MINING, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NATURALLY OCUURING OCCURING CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
Aven Premier provides a single-window solution to clients for any Construction & Engineering
Projects. We have our own quarry on the outskirts of Mogadishu from which we are able to supply
and deliver construction materials to Mogadishu and nearby environs. Also, through our suppliers in
other regions in East Africa, we are able to supply and deliver these materials across the entire East
Africa.
We provide in-depth management and supervision of all of our projects, with hands-on involvement
by the company’s principals and project supervisors from start to finish.
