Who are we?

Special Support for Building and Construction (SSBC) has been estab-lished in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in 2005. SSBC is a family owned company and a sister company of Sanad Elemaar for Building and Construction (SEBC) which was established in 2009. Both SSBC & SEBC are in joint partners with Infrastructure United Construction Company Ltd (ICCU).

We specialized in infrastructure construction with emphasis on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) on Electrical Systems, Underground Utilities, Telecommunication System, Road Works, Civil Works, & Building Construction.

For over a decade, we have been building up our expertise to serve an ever increasing demand and challenging construction needs in the Western Re-gion of Saudi Arabia. Our success has enable us to expand into North America now forming Special Support North America (SSNA).

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT POLICY

Special Support for Building & Construction is ensuring a hazardous

free working environment as far as reasonably practicable for all employees

and will supply the means to enable all personnel to carry our their duties

safely and in accordance with the project policies.

HSE is of paramount importance and the acceptance of responsibility is tak-

en very seriously. All levels of staff and operatives are trained to high stand-

ards in respect of protection and environmental control of both operatives

and the general public.

By making a conscious effort to integrate all reasonably practicable safety

measures into project planning and by providing PPE, safety training and

information to all our workers concerned and by deploying competent

trained safety professionals in day-to-day safety management, safety train-

ing and supervision, we strive to the utmost of our capabilities to safeguard

health and safety al all person including the general public affected by our

project operations.

It is our policy that all sites are checked by HSE Officer. A report of each vis-

it is also made available to the clients and site operatives.

The result of which is quite visible where our company has achieved for

having zero accidents for millions of hours of work done by our employees.

QUALITY ASSURANCE | QUALITY CONTROL POLICY

Special Support for Building & Construction implements a quality

control system in accordance with ISO 9001. The system ensures that

the method of working, company processes & deliverables comply with

the specifications and international standards.

One of the initial quality assurance activities on a project is preparation of

a project quality manual. The manual contains an overall program de-

scription and procedure that details the activities. These procedure are

normally approved by the client and cover quality activities through out all

phases of the project, including engineering, procurement, and construc-

tion.
