Introducing Recruiter System ConnectLinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) integrates LinkedIn Recruiter with your ADP Recruiting Management account to make your hiring process even simpler. By turning on RSC, you’re authorizing the sharing of some candidate, job, and application data across Recruiter and ADP Recruiting Management. This enables you to get up-to-date candidate information, boost collaboration, and access more applicant data in Recruiter. See how to easily connect your two accounts on the next few pages.

You will then be able to select the country, requisition availability, and incoming candidate import status. By default, the application will consider all data for all countries to be shared and will set the Requisition availability to “Private,” which only making it visible on LinkedIn RSC.

The “Candidate Import” settings must be updated to ensure the exporting feature in LinkedIn works properly when exporting candidates to ADP Recruiting Management.

Click “Sync Configuration” to set up the requisition and candidate data sharing with LinkedIn RSC.

Sign in to your ADP Recruiting Management account. Click “Setup” on the top navigation bar and select “LinkedIn RSC Integration.”

This will open a pop-up for related configurations. Click “Provision” to initiate the process.

Click “Configure” to be redirected to the “Request an Integration” pop-up modal and click the “Request” button for RSC from LinkedIn. Once the request has been confirmed, the button will show as “Partner ready” and the confirmation message will direct you to continue on to LinkedIn Recruiter and click “Admin Settings” in order to complete the integration.

If you’re not already signed in to your LinkedIn account, enter your LinkedIn credentials and select your Recruiter contract. Select the “ATS” tab, and enable both the Company Level and Contract Level access toggles.

Once you’ve enabled both Company Level and Contract Level access toggles, you can close the LinkedIn Recruiter tab and navigate back to ADP Recruiting Management to complete the sync.

The sync process is automatically kicked off. To confirm that the process has been completed, navigate to “Setup” and select “LinkedIn RSC Integration.”

Select “Done” to exit out of the window and then navigate “Home” and click “Sync with LinkedIn RSC” to sync the data between the two systems and your account.

A LinkedIn pop-up window will appear and you will be prompted to sign in. Once you are signed in to LinkedIn Recruiter, another pop-up window will appear to confirm that the Recruiter syncing is complete.

Navigate back to ADP to confirm that the syncing is complete here as well.

Click “Setup” and “LinkedIn RSC Integration” and then select “View Recruiter Mapping” in the pop-up window.

Another window will appear to confirm that your account has been synced with LinkedIn Recruiter.

Select “Done” in the window and the set-up process is complete.
