It is never a good thing to begin a work week with a funeral service, but when you get the blessing of being with the Will Ray Loveless family and celebrating the life of Cecilia, it makes it a little easier. On Monday morning we said an earthly goodbye (or as I like to call it “See ya later”) to this passionate servant of Jesus who loved her family, her Lord Jesus, and His church so beautifully. Please give Will Ray, Jill and Trace, and their boys a hug when you see them and thank them for loving their “Cece” to the very end in such a Christ-honoring manner. Since Cecilia loved to read to her children and grandchildren, I shared the follow-ing “Lessons in Life from Dr. Seuss” (The Cat in the Hat was a favorite). Perhaps they are good reminders for the graduating class of 2018 as well.

2. Why fit in when you were born to stand out? 3. You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. 4. Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who
mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind. 5. Today I shall behave as if this is the day I will be remembered.
Bro. Marty…serving Jesus by serving others like Cece, “For you were called to freedom, brothers and sisters. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.” (Galatians 5:13)

It is five stories of unlikely women who changed eternity. The study group will meet once a month on
Tuesday morning from 10-11 am. The first study will be May 22nd. If you are interested,

Thank you all for the music requests! I was blown away by how many were received. Someone sent me 20!! Anyway, just want you to know that it is my goal to do as many of them as I can.
