In the fourth edition of “Peduli” Bulletin of PT Citra Abadi Sejati, we share some of our activities which are focused towards the health and well-being of our female employees. We believe that investing in health is of high importance.

To commemorate International Women’s Day, in March 2015, PT Citra Abadi Sejati together with Kalbe Nutrition Products and Hospital Hermina (A Women and Child Hospital), conducted a seminar entitled “Pregnancy Educational Journey”. The seminar addressed those employees who were pregnant, those planning a pregnancy and all women who aimed to be mothers on the various aspects of pregnancy. A special emphasis was given to the diet and lifestyle that women should adopt in the months leading up to pregnancy and during the period of pregnancy. The seminar was attended by over 250 employees of PT Citra Abadi Sejati.

Facilities for Employees and Breastfeeding Mothers The Cileungsi unit of PT Citra Abadi Sejati provides special attention in creating a comfortable environment for female employees who are pregnant and nursing mothers. The breastfeeding room of PT Citra Abadi Sejati has been equipped with supporting tools for mothers, such as milk bottles, refrigerators, a sanitation, sink, and flyers with information about pregnancy. In February 2015, the Cileungsi unit of PT Citra Abadi Sejati worked together with the local children's hospital to hold counseling about pregnancy, early initiation of breastfeeding and benefits of breastfeeding. There were nine pregnant employees who joined the counseling session.
HERproject for PT Citra Abadi Sejati
The concept of HERproject is to provide training to the peer leader female workers who will share information with other female employees. The information covers HIV / AIDS, nutrition, family planning, health and safety at the workplace, personnel hygiene and breastfeeding. The HERproject PT Citra Abadi Sejati was initially implemented in 2012. Currently, there have been 80 peer educators who have been trained to share knowledge with their colleagues. The training of peer educators is regularly conducted once a month.

Cooperative Shop Annual Meeting
The Cooperative Society of PT Citra Abadi Sejati’s employees has been in existence for 23 years. The Cooperative Society held its Annual Meeting in the month of February 2015. At this occasion, the PT Citra Abadi Sejati Cooperative Society distributed scholarships to five children of employees who excel in school. They consisted of elementary, junior high and senior high school students.
First Aid Training and Evacuation Drills
In February 2015, employees of the Cileungsi unit of PT Citra Abadi Sejati carried out first aid training to all employees. The purpose of this training was to make employees understand how to provide aid for victims of fractures, artificial breathing assistance as well as to evacuate the appropriate procedure. Furthermore, the Cileungsi unit performed routine evacuation drills, which are conducted once every six months.
Fun Exercise
The Bogor unit of PT Citra Abadi Sejati holds aerobics every Saturday from 7 to 9 am. Approximately 300 employees join regularly in this exercise. In addition to aerobics on the weekends, the Sample Room of the Cileungsi unit of PT Citra Abadi Sejati conducts warm-ups everyday before the work day begins. The aim is to help the employees stay fresh and energetic throughout the course of the working day.

New Collective Labor Agreement Distribution
In accordance with the Law on Employment of the Republic of Indonesia, employers and unions must notify employees of the contents and the amandments to the collective agreement. In March 2015, PT Citra Abadi Sejati distributed the New Collective Labor Agreement to the employees. Each of them were allowed to ask questions and have discussions about the agreement.

In January 2015, to celebrate the birthday of the Prophet Mohammed, the Mosque of PT Citra Abadi Sejati in Cileungsi held a reading and discussion on the meaning of their Muslim faith. There were 500 employees who participated in activities guided by a chaplain. The takeaway from this program was the reminder to the participants to have faith, respect others and to act responsibly.

Donation for “Heesu” Foundation
Every month, PT Citra Abadi Sejati employees of Cileungsi spare their time to visit the “Heesu” Foundation. The “Heesu” Foundation is doing wonderful work in caring for 21 autistic children. From the three visits in January, February, and March 2015, a total of 470 USD has been given to the board of trustees in the foundation. Employees of PT Citra Abadi were extremely pleased and enjoyed to have the opportunity to meet the lovely children of the "Heesu" Foundation.
Help for Our Fellow Employee
In January 2015, the Bogor unit of PT Citra Abadi Sejati collected 350 USD to help fellow employee, Iyos Kuraesin. She has worked with the company since 1991. She unfortunately was diagnosed with a heart condition which required her not to undertake activities that may affect her heart. She also needed an intensive medical treatment.
