It is strongly suggested to let TRF staff know that you are expecting a PHF: If a contribution generates a

new PHF, staff will need to know this in order to prepare the recognition

The shipping address is always necessary in order to send the Paul Harris Fellows If we do not have an address, the PHF is

shipped to the address in our database If a PHF is urgent, please also provide a

phone number so that we can send everything via urgent mail
