-  The user driven Copernicus Programme is a key European asset for the economic well-being and prosperity of European citizens in line with EU Council decisions -  The Copernicus Programme is coherent with the principles of the Joint Declaration of Space signed in 2016 by EC and ESA -  Copernicus Evolution fulfills main actions of EC ‘Space Strategy for Europe’ -  Copernicus and Copernicus Evolution, with a strong user oriented approach, is a tool for Europe to support political priorities of the EU and its sectorial policies
