HIIT BY HUPE: A High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT) workout designed to improve strength, stamina,balance, and coordination all while burning calories and getting your heart rate pumping! **Some equipment may be needed, household items can be used** (Beginners: 30 minute class /All levels 45 minute class)
MARY'S STRETCH and TONE ZONE: is a class for those wanting to start an exercise program (beginnersand low impact). It includes light toning and stretching, with an emphasis on posture, technique and form.This will leave you feeling less stressed, refreshed and - we have FUN! *Light weights in (1-3 lbs,1lb cans*(noon classes 30 minute/evening classes 45-minute)
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
CARDIO KICK-BOXING: This is a calorie burning energy-packed mix of kickboxing moves that will get youfit. This intense, but genuinely fun workout targets muscles throughout your entire body, will improvecoordination, relieve stress and improve your cardiovascular health. You will finish this class feeling fierceand empowered! *All levels welcomed. Modifications will be presented*(30-minute class)
GLUTES MAXOUT: This 30-minute class will focus on improving muscular strength with target movementsfor the core and lower body. *Weights and resistance bands are optional*
HAPPY HOUR SEND-OFF:(NEW) A 15-20 minute session to bond in a fun way with other fellowemployees. You will feel empowered, refreshed and will leave with a smile on your face. End your weekin a positive way! *No points are assigned to these sessions*
AB- ATTACK: This 30-minute class will assist with building your abdominal and back muscles. Leading toimprovements in posture, stability, and overall strengthening.
HEALTHIER TOGETHER- A virtual program that provides practical tips and on-going support to keep youaccountable on your weight loss journey. (30 minute session) *No points are assigned to these sessions*
MINFULNESS MONDAYDESK STRETCH: Did you know that you can find relaxation even while at yourdesk? In this class you will enjoy a compilation of desk stretches you can do while standing or sitting on achair. You are not ignoring your job by practicing mindfulness! This class will send you back to work feelingrecharged, refreshed and more creative (20 minute session)
YOGA: this 30-minute session you will be able to relax, disconnect and reconnect your mind and body.It is a great opportunity to breathe, stretch, and restore your mind-body connection after work or duringthe day.
ZUMBA TONING-:this 30-minute party will place extra emphasis on toning and sculpting allmuscles!*Lightweights needed (no more than 3lbs)*
TOTAL BODY STRENGTH: This 45-minute functional and total body workout is designed to improvestrength, balance, and coordination. Using resistance equipment, you will challenge your major musclegroups to become stronger with each rep. *Equipment needed (household items can be used *

POWER TRAIN: is a program that incorporates cardiovascular and strength training within a 30-minutesession.
STRONG NATION: combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training movessynced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, everylunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.(30-minute class)
MONTHLY MASTER CLASS: Experience a mix of all your favorite zoom classes in a fun, monthly-themed workout! This special class will combine areas of cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility tokeep you motivated. (1hr/30minutes)
STEP & SWEAT: This is a 30-minute high-energy class designed to increase endurance and strengthwhile incorporating an aerobic step and weights for a total body workout that will get your heart rate up! *Aerobic step and weights needed*
