Conditions Tab

The conditions tab allows student health conditions and treatments to be tracked using ICD9 health codes (a school can add new Conditions or create an entire list of their own codes).

Schools will be able to record all treatments

for each contact that is made with a student.

Nurse Visits Schools use the

Nurse Visit tab to document events and resolutions of day to day office visits.


Documents

The documents tab allows FDF forms to be created, printed and saved for a particular student.

Documents may be active or archived.


Contact Log

The contact log tab allows schools to document all phone calls, postal mail, and e-mail messages.


Health Module

Health Office tool allows rapid search to enter new health events and resolutions.

Search results will show all students with a nurse’s office visit that day.

Red entries are events without a resolution.


Reports

Available reports include: Health Office (List of Resolutions and

Events for any given date) Immunization Batch (A batch report of

student immunization compliance) Immunizations (Parameter driven report

for specific immunizations)
