Experience

Our approach ensures efficient, accurate and timely administration coupled with the highest levels of corporate governance.

In addition, we assist with employee incentive structures and operate a range of schemes including long term incentive plans, deferred bonus plans, phantom share plans and share warehousing arrangements primarily focused at executive level employees. These schemes can be an effective means of enhancing employee engagement and retention by aligning the interests of both employees and shareholders.

We work closely with our network of professional advisers to ensure the latest legal and tax advice is available and that the structures for which we act remain relevant throughout their lifecycle.
