THE WISE MEN What the Magi saw in the East, perhaps in Babylon as disciples of Daniel’s school of Astronomy. Known as Magos, the were the science of the day mingled with royal administration and oversight of the kingdom. Although 3 ‘Gifts are mention in Scripture, they were not necessarily ‘Kings’ but ambassadors and where probably a caravan of more that accompanied with logistics & supplies to make the trek that perhaps lasted a year. It may well mirrored the Retrograde of Jupiter.

Although the Star of David configuration is a rare phenomenon, and it is assigned to when kings are birthed, if this was the birth of Jesus Christ, that would make Him over 36 years old by the time of His Passover crucifixion around 32 or 33 AD. It could be the case that this significant astronomical sign signaled the sure coming birth of a King but perhaps 3 years away as that is when the peculiar conjunctions and alignments of certain planets occurs in specific places and times. The timeline highlights the profound triple conjunction of Jupiter, the planet of the Messiah with Regulus. Also the double conjunction of Jupiter-Venus is 9 months apart.
