1. In these Terms and Conditions:
1.1. CardServicesmeansanyservicesincludingcallcentreservicesprovidedbyusorouragentsinconnectionwiththeCard.
1.2. PurchaseLocationmeansanybranchorstoreofthebusinessfromwhichyoupurchasedtheCardandwhichparticipatesintheCashPassportprogramme,inthecountryofpurchase.
1.3. UserGuidemeansthedocumententitled‘UserGuide’whichisattachedtoandformspartoftheseTermsandConditions.
1.4. we,us,ourmeansTravelexCardServicesLimited(“Travelex”).
1.5. you,yourmeansthepurchaseroftheCard.
1.6. AreferenceintheseTermsandConditionstothe“Card”shouldbereadasincludinganyAdditionalCardorreplacementCardissuedtoyou.
2. Your Cash Passport Card
2.1. CashPassportisaprepaidcurrencytravelmoneycardwhichoperatesasatypeofelectronictraveller’schequewhichcanbeloadedinthecurrencyoftheCard.
2.2. YoucanobtainasecondaryCard(afeemayapplyassetoutintheUserGuide),whichislinkedtothesamefunds,andcanbeusedinthesamewayastheCard(“AdditionalCard”).
2.3. YourAdditionalCardisforback-uporforsecuritypurposesandonlyyoucanuseit.YoumustnotprovideyourAdditionalCardtoanotherpersonfortheiruse.
2.4. ThereisnointerestpayabletoyouontheCardbalanceandtheCardfundsdonotamounttoadepositwithus.
2.5. ExceptasotherwisesetoutintheseTermsandConditions,anyliabilitywehavetoyouwillnotexceedthebalanceontheCardatanygiventimeandisinthecurrencyofthefundsloadedontotheCard.CardloadsorreloadswillonlybecreditedtoyourCardbalanceonceweorouragenthasreceivedclearedfundsfromyou.YourCardbalancewilldecreaseasaresultoftransactionsandfeesassoonasweauthorisetherelevanttransaction.Whereafeeapplies,thatfeewillbedeductedfromthebalanceonyourCardattherelevanttimeandyourCardbalancewilldecreaseaccordingly.Pleaseseesection8foranexplanationofhowtoredeemanyunspentbalanceonyourCard.
3. Using the Card
3.1. Theremaybeadelayofupto4businesshoursbeforeyouareabletouseyourCard.
3.2. YourCardcanbeusedworldwide,whereveryouseetheMasterCard®AcceptanceMark,atATMsandMasterCard®merchants,includingshops,restaurantsandonline,providingtherearesufficientfundsavailableonyourCardforthetransaction,includinganyapplicablefees.Pleasenotethatthecardisfor
electronicuseonlyandcannotbeusedat‘offline’ormanualterminals.
3.3. TheamountofeachtransactionandanyassociatedfeeswillbedeductedfromthebalanceonyourCard.Wecannotstopatransactiononceauthorised.
3.4. WhenusingyourCardatcertainmerchants,includinghotelsandrestaurants,themerchantmayholdanadditionalamounttocovertips/gratuities.Thisamountwillnotbeavailableforuptoseven(7)daysfromthedateofthetransaction.
3.5. WedonotrecommendusingyourCardasaguaranteeofpayment,forexampleasadepositforhotels,cruiselinesorcarrental,asmerchantssuchasthesemayestimatethefinalbillandthisamountwillbeplacedonholdbythemerchantandbecometemporarilyunavailable.OnlytheactualamountofthefinalbillwillbedeductedfromyourCard,althoughitmaytakeuptoseven(7)daysfromthedateofthetransactionbeforethedifferenceisavailableforyoutospend.
3.6. TheCardisnotallowedtobetransferredtoathirdperson.TheCardisonlyforyouruseandexpiresonthedateshownonthefrontoftheCard.YouwillstillbeabletoobtainarefundofthebalanceorgetareplacementCardaftertheexpirydate.
3.7. YouwillberesponsibleforalltransactionsmadebyusingtheCardoranyAdditionalCardandforensuringthattheCardandanyAdditionalCardisusedonlyinaccordancewiththeseTermsandConditions.
3.8. Youmustnotuse,orattempttouse,theCardforaccessingorpurchasinggoodsfromadultorgamblingsitesorforanyunlawfulactivity.Youmustcomplywithalllawsandregulations(includinganyforeignexchangecontrols)inrespectoftheCardinHongKongandthecountryofpurchaseand/oruse.WemaysuspendyourCardorendthisagreementwhenyouattempttousetheCardinviolationof,oryouruseoftheCardisrestrictedunder,suchlawsandregulations.
3.9. YoucanonlyuseyourCardifithasapositivebalance.YouareresponsibleforensuringthatyouhaveasufficientbalanceonyourCardtocoveryourpurchases.IntheunlikelyeventthatthebalanceonyourCarddropsbelowzero(0),youagreetoreloadtheCardtobringthebalancebacktozero(0)orabove,withinthirty(30)daysofrequest,andpaytheapplicableNegativeBalanceFee.IfthebalanceonyourCardisoverdrawn,thisdoesnotmeanthatitwillbeallowedtobecomeoverdrawnonanysubsequentoccasions.WereservetherighttocancelorsuspendyourCardifitgoesintonegativebalance.Werecommendthatyoucheckyourtransactionhistoryandbalanceatleastonceamonth.
3.10.WeareentitledtosetoffanysumofmoneyonyourCardduefromyoutousagainstanypositivebalanceonanyotherCardheldbyyouwithus.
3.11. WemaysuspendyourCardorendthisagreementwhen,inourjudgement,youappeartobeinvolvedinanycriminalactivity,ortohaveanyrelationshipwithanycriminalorantisocialindividualsororganisations.
3.12. TheCardisnotacreditcardandalluseislimitedtotheamountpre-loadedandstandingtothecreditbalanceoftheCardfundsandanyotherlimitsdetailedintheseTermsandConditions.
3.13. Wearenotabankoradeposit-takinginstitutionandtheCardisnotprotectedbyanyfinancialservicesorbankingordepositcompensationscheme.
3.14. Wemay,fromtimetotime,introduceSMSfunctionalityandsendyouSMSalertsrelatingtoyourbalanceandCardactivityorotherCardfeatures.YoucanstoptheSMSalertsatanytimebysending“STOP”tothenumberindicatedintheSMS.FormoreinformationontheSMSservicesprovidedbyus,pleasevisitwww.cashpassport.com

4. Keeping your Card and PIN secure
4.1. YoumustsignthebackoftheCardassoonasyoureceiveit.
4.2. YoumustdoallthatyoureasonablycantokeeptheCardsafeandyourPINandothersecuritydetailssecretatalltimes.
4.3. YoumustneverallowanyoneelsetouseyourCard,PINorothersecurityinformation.
4.4. YoumustneverwritedownorrecordyourPINoranyothersecurityinformationwiththeCard.
4.5. WewillneveraskyoutorevealyourPIN.
4.6. TheCardwillbedisabledifanincorrectPINisenteredthree(3)times.IftheCardisdisabled,pleasecontactCardServicestoreactivatetheCard.Theremaybeatwenty-four(24)hourdelayinreactivatingyourCard.YouwillnotbeabletoreactivateyourPINforuseatmerchantsandyouwillneedtosignforanyfuturepointofsaletransactions,subjecttosignatureauthorisationbeingsupportedbythemerchant.
4.7. YoumustcallusimmediatelyandwithoutunduedelayifyouloseyourCard/sorbelieveyourCard/scouldbemisusedoryoususpectthatsomeoneelsemayknowyourPINoranyothersecuritydetails.WewillsuspendtheappropriateCardtopreventfurtheruse.IfalostCardissubsequentlyfounditmustnotbeusedunlessCardServicesconfirmitmaybeused.
4.8. Youwillberequiredtoconfirmdetailsoftheloss,theftormisusetousinwritingandyoumustassistusandthepoliceinanyenquiries.
4.9. WemaysuspendyourCardwithorwithoutnotice,ifwethinktheCardhasbeenorislikelytobemisused;ifyouhavebreachedanyoftheseTermsandConditions;orifwesuspectanyillegaluseoftheCard.
4.10. IfyouareentitledtoarefundforanyreasonforgoodsorservicespurchasedusingtheCardyouacknowledgethattheretailerwillmakesuchrefundstoyourCard.
4.11. YoushouldcheckyourCardbalanceregularlysoyoucannotifyuswithin180daysofanyunauthorisedtransactions.
5. Liability for unauthorised transactions
5.1. YouwillbeliableforallCardtransactionswhichyouhaveauthorised.YouwillalsobeliableforallunauthorisedCardtransactionsifyouhaveactedfraudulently,ifyouhavefailedtousetheCardinaccordancewiththeseTermsandConditions,ifyouhavefailedtonotifyusinaccordancewithsection4.7onbecomingawareoftheCardloss,theft,ormisuse;ifyouhavefailedtonotifyuswithin180daysofanyunauthorisedtransaction;orifyouhavefailedtotakeallreasonablestepstokeeptheCard’ssecurityfeaturessafe.Youmustnotifyusofanydisputedtransactionswithoutunduedelayandinanyeventwithin180daysoftherelevanttransaction.
5.2. Subjecttotheaboveparagraph,youwillnotbeliableforanyunauthorisedCardtransactions.
5.3. Whereyouarenotliableforanunauthorisedtransaction,wewillrefundthevalueofthattransaction,includinganychargedfeesandwillhavenofurtherliabilitytoyouforanyotherlossesyoumaysuffer.However,ifourinvestigationconcludesthatthetransactionyouhavedisputedhasbeenauthorisedbyyouoronyourbehalf,wemaychargeyouaninvestigationadministrationfeeofuptoHKD700.
6. Fees and Limits
6.1. FromtimetotimewemaylimittheamountyoucanloadonyourCard,ortheamountyoucanwithdrawfromATMsorspendatmerchantsovercertaintimeperiods.SomeATMoperatorsalsoimposetheirownlimitsontheamountthatcanbewithdrawnoveraspecifictimeperiod.ThemaximumbalanceyoucanholdonyourCardatanytimeisassetoutintheUserGuide.
6.2. FeesapplytotheCard.PleasenotethatfeesapplytotheloadingoffundstotheCard,Cardusage(forexample,ATMwithdrawals),redemptionsofunspentfundsandwhenyouusetheCardinacurrencyotherthanthatloadedontotheCard.FordetailsonthefeesthatapplytoyourCard,pleaserefertotheFeesandLimitsTableintheUserGuideorwww.cashpassport.com
TheforeignexchangerateusedforloadingorreloadingfundstotheCardorforredeeminganyunspentbalancesisdeterminedbyTravelexCurrencyExchangeLimited.
7. Foreign Currency Transactions
Therearefourinstanceswhereaforeignexchangeratewillapply:
i) initialloadorin-storereloadofaforeigncurrencyCard;
ii) electronicreloadsofaforeigncurrencyCard;
iii) ATMwithdrawalsorPOStransactionswherethelocalcurrencyisdifferentfromtheCardcurrency;and
iv) whenyoucloseaforeigncurrencyCard.
Themethodforcalculatingtheexchangerateforeachscenarioisassetoutbelow.
Theforeignexchangerateusedforinitialloadandin-branchreloadsofaforeigncurrencyCardissetbyTravelexCurrencyExchangeLimitedandvariesdependingonthepartythroughwhomyouloadyourCard.YoucanaskthePurchaseLocationtoconfirmtheexchangeratebeforehand.Foreignexchangeratesaresubjecttovariationandtheratethatappliesonedaywillnotnecessarilybethesameonanyotherday.
IfanATMwithdrawalorPOStransactionismadeinacurrencyotherthanthatloadedontotheCard,theamountwillbeconvertedintothecurrencyoftheCard.TheexchangerateusedistheratedeterminedbyMasterCard®tobethewholesalerateorthegovernment-mandatedrateineffectthedatethetransactionisprocessedbyMasterCard®,increasedbyacurrencyconversionmarginof4.95%.Forexample,ifyouuseaHKDCardtowithdrawmoneyfromanATMinFrance,theATMfeeapplies,aswellasacurrencyconversionmargin.IfaUSDCardisusedatanATMintheUnitedStates,aflatATMwithdrawalfeeapplies,withnocurrencyconversionmargin.Seeexamplebelow*

SupposeyoumakeapurchaseoranATMwithdrawaloutsideHK(i.e.intheUSA),withanHKDCashPassport,forUS$50.00andtheprevailingexchangeratesetbyMasterCard®,isUSD1=HKD7.78
Beforetheforeignexchangemargin,chargedbyus,applies,thiswouldequatetoHKD389.00(USD50.00x7.78).
AftertheforeignexchangemarginofHKD19.25isapplied(HKD389.00x4.95%),thiswouldequatetoHKD408.25(HKD389+HKD19.25)

9. Ending this agreement
9.1. ThisagreementcontinuesuntilweenditinaccordancewiththeseTermsandConditionsorifyouaskustoenditbywritingto,oremailingCardServices.
9.2. Wemayendthisagreementbygivingyouatleastthirty(30)days’writtennoticebyletteroremailtotheaddressyouhaveprovidedus.
9.3. WemayaskforthereturnoftheCardandendthisagreement,withorwithoutnotice,ifyoumateriallybreachanyoftheseTermsandConditions

11.4. YourPersonalInformationmaybeprocessedoutsidethecountryofpurchasebutallserviceprovidersarerequiredtohaveadequatesafeguardsinplacetoprotectyourPersonalInformation.

12. Our liability to you
12.1. UnlessotherwiserequiredbylaworassetoutintheseTermsandConditions,wewillnotbeliabletoyouinrespectofanylossesyouoranythirdpartymaysufferinconnectionwiththeCard,exceptwheresuchlossesareduetoabreachbyusoftheseTermsandConditionsorduetoournegligence.
12.2. ATMsandpointofsaleterminalsarenotownedoroperatedbyusandwearenotresponsibleforensuringthattheywillaccepttheCard.WewillnotbeliabletoyoufordisputesconcerningthequalityofgoodsorservicespurchasedonyourCardoranyadditionalfeeschargedbytheoperatoroftheseterminals.
12.3.Nothingwilllimitourliabilitytoyoufordeathorpersonalinjuryarisingoutofournegligence,orforourfraud,orinsofarasanylimitationorexclusionofliabilityisprohibitedbylaw.
13. Law and Jurisdiction
TheseTermsandConditionsandanydisputes,whichariseunderthem,shallbeexclusivelygovernedbythelawsandcourtsofthecountryinwhichyouwereissuedtheCard.

11.2. 通過購買和使用預付卡，您同意本公司以及本公司的服務商處理本
公司根據在本公司網站公佈的保密政策收集的關於本條款和細則
項下的預付卡服務的資料（“個人資料”）。
11.3. 您的個人資料可由本公司為本公司提供預付卡服務、資料分析、反
洗錢、偵查犯罪、遵守法規、法律執行和預防欺詐之目的提供給第
三方。
11.4. 您的個人資料可能在購買點之外的其它國家被處理，但是所有的服
務商應當具備充足的保安措施以保障您的個人資料。
11.5. 您同意本公司可以爲 通濟隆 及其關聯方提供的其它相關的產品
和服務聯絡您。若您不再希望收到該等資料，請您聯絡本公司。您
亦同意本公司向您的移動電話發送關於預付卡的功能或與您的預

11.7. 為了協助本公司提供預付卡服務並提升本公司的服務，電話會談可
能被錄音和/或監控。通過使用本服務，您即同意該等錄音和/或監
控。
12. 本公司對您的責任
12.1. 除非法律或者本條款和細則另行要求，本公司不對您或者任何第三
方就預付卡可能遭受的損失承擔責任，除非該等損失是由本公司違
反本條款和細則或者本公司的疏忽導致的。
12.2. 本公司對於自動提款機和銷售終端不擁有所有權並且本公司不運作
自動提款機和銷售終端，所以本公司將不對確保自動提款機和銷售終
端接受預付卡負責。本公司不對您使用預付卡購買的服務或貨物產生
的糾紛或者該等終端運營商收取的任何額外費用承擔任何責任。
12.3. 本條款和細則不限制本公司因本公司的疏忽、過錯而導致的您的死
亡或者人身傷亡而應承擔的責任，或者本公司在法律禁止免責的其
它事項下而應承擔的責任。
13. 管轄法和司法管轄
本條款和細則以及本條款和細則產生的任何糾紛應當由發行預付卡的國
家的法律和法院獨有地管轄。
14. 第三方權利
除第15章項下提涉的任何方，本條款和細則不應解釋為授予任何第三方
任何權益或權利（包括任何執行權）。
15. 轉讓本公司的權利
本公司可以無需得到您的同意向任何其他人或商戶轉讓本公司在本條款
和細則項下的任何權利和義務，但是該等受讓方應對您繼續承擔本條款
和細則項下的義務。
16. 聯絡本公司
16.1. 若您對預付卡存在任何疑問，請瀏覽網址 www.cashpassport.com 。
16.2. 若您存在進一步的疑問、對於服務標準不滿意、認為本公司在運作
預付卡過程中存在過錯或者您需要獲得與個人資料有關的資訊，
請聯絡本公司。
16.3. 本公司可以通過使用指引項下聯絡本公司章節項下所列的方法聯
絡，或者可以通過使用網址 www.cashpassport.com 所列的聯絡
資料向預付卡服務部門寫信。
16.4. 本公司將根據投訴流程儘快解決任何問題，投訴流程可從
www.cashpassport.com 或要求本公司提供而獲得。
若本條款和細則的中文和英文版本之間存在差異，英文版本的效力優先。

4.6. 若錯誤的密碼被輸入三次，預付卡將被停止使用。若預付卡被停
止，請聯絡預付卡服務部門以重新啟動預付卡。重新啟動預付卡可
能造成二十四（24）小時的使用延遲。您將無法使用重啓的密碼來
進行消費授權動作。如商家允許，您依然可以使用簽名授權方式來
進行消費。
4.7. 當您遺失預付卡、相信您的預付卡被誤用或者懷疑任何其它人可能
知道您的密碼或保安詳情之時，您必須立即致電本公司且不得不合
理地延誤。本公司將暫停相關預付卡以防止對該預付卡進一步的使
用。當遺失的預付卡後來被找到之時，該預付卡不得被使用，除非
預付卡服務部門確認該預付卡可以使用。
4.8. 您應當向本公司書面確認預付卡遺失、盜竊或者誤用的細節，並且
您應當就任何詢問協助本公司和警方。
4.9. 當本公司認為預付卡已經被誤用（或將被誤用）、您已違反任何本
條款和細則、或者本公司懷疑預付卡存在任何非法使用，本公司可
以暫停您的預付卡（無論是否就該等暫停向您發出通知）。
4.10. 若您對使用預付卡購買的貨物或服務享有退款，您認可零售商將把
該等退款打入您的預付卡內。
4.11. 您應當定期檢查預付卡內的餘額以便您在任何未經授權交易產生
後的一百八十（180）天內通知本公司。
5. 未經授權交易的責任
5.1. 您將對您授權的所有預付卡交易負責。在下列情況下，您亦將對未
經授權的交易負責：（1）您欺詐行事，（2）您未按照本條款和細則
使用預付卡，（3）您得知預付卡遺失、被盜或者被誤用之時未能按
照第4.7章通知本公司，（4）您未能在未經授權交易發生後的一百八
十（180）天内通知本公司，或者（5）您未能採取合理措施確保預付
卡保安功能的安全。您必須（沒有不合理延遲）將任何有爭議的交
易告知本公司，並且在任何情況下均不得晚於相關交易發生後的第
一百八十（180）日。
5.2. 受制於以上段落，您不須對任何未經授權的預付卡交易負責。
5.3. 當您不須對任何未經授權的交易負責之時，本公司將退還該等交易
所涉金額，包括本公司的收費，但是本公司對於您承擔的其它損失
不承擔進一步的責任。但是，若本公司的調查結果顯示有爭議的交
易是由您授權或者您的代表授權之時，本公司可能會向您收取最高
不超過700港幣的調查行政費。
6. 費用和限額
6.1. 本公司可以不時地限制您對預付卡充值的金額，或者在一定時間內
限制您可以從自動提款機提款或在商戶用款的金額。某些自動提款
機運營商亦會自行規定在特定時間段內可以提款的限額。您在任何
時間可在您的預付卡內持有的最大限額已列明在使用指引內。
6.2. 本公司對預付卡收費。請留意，預付卡的充值、使用（例如，自動提
款機提款）、未使用金額的贖回以及您將預付卡用於非該卡儲值貨
幣之貨幣均收費。關於您的預付卡之相關收費的詳情，請參閱使用
指引項下的收費和限額表或者瀏覽網址www.cashpassport.com。
預付卡的儲值或者充值、未使用金額之贖回所使用的匯率由 TravelexCurrencyExchangeLimited 決定。
7. 外匯交易
在四種情況下，外幣匯率將適用：
i) 外幣預付卡的初始儲值或者在店內充值；
ii) 對於外幣預付卡的電子充值；
iii) 使用自動提款機提取或者POS機交易與預付卡貨幣不同的當地貨
幣；以及
iv) 終止一張外幣預付卡
每種情況下對於匯率的計算辦法如下。
外幣預付卡的初始儲值或店內充值的匯率由 TravelexCurrencyExchangeLimited 決定並因您選擇充值卡的機構的不同而有變。您可要
求購買點提前確認匯率。匯率會變動，某天適用的匯率不一定會在另一
天適用。
若自動提款機或者POS機交易使用的貨幣與預付卡的貨幣不同，該等
金額將被兌換成預付卡的貨幣。匯率是由MasterCard® 決定的由
MasterCard® 處理交易當日的批發匯率或者政府發佈的匯率，加上
4.95%貨幣兌換差額。例如，若您使用港元預付卡在法國的自動提款機提
取現金，您將被收取自動提款費和貨幣兌換差額。若一張美元預付卡在
美國的自動提款機使用，將僅被收取統一的自動提款費但是不會被收取
貨幣兌換差額。
*適用於自動提款機提款或者POS機交易的外匯差額之示例：
假設您在香港以外的地區（即，美國）使用港幣現金通行証購買50美元的
物品或者從自動提款機提款50美元，並且MasterCard®設定的適用匯
率是：1美元兌換7.78港幣。
在適用本公司收取的外匯差額前，該等費用相當於389港幣（50美元x7.78）。
在適用19.25港幣的外匯差額後，該等費用等於408.25港幣（389港幣
+19.25港幣）。
從自動提款機提取50美元將相當於從您的港幣現金通行証扣除408.25港幣。
8. 贖回未使用的資金
您可以從購買預付卡的分行或代理機構或者通過聯絡預付卡服務部門領
取您的預付卡內未使用的資金。關於如何贖回卡內未使用餘額的說明，
請瀏覽網址 www.cashpassport.com。款項將以港幣支付並且匯率將由
TravelexCurrencyExchangeLimited 按照其當日就預付卡退卡適用的匯
率計算。不同地區適用的匯率可能不同。本公司可能就此服務根據使用指
引項下的收費和限額表或者本公司不時決定並發佈或者通知您的費率收
取服務費。若您在購買點終止您的預付卡遇到困難，或者預付卡過期，請
聯絡預付卡服務部門。
9. 終止本協議
9.1. 本協議在本公司根據本條款和細則終止、您書面要求本公司終止或
者您向預付卡服務部門發送電子郵件要求終止之前持續有效。
9.2. 本公司可以通過提前三十（30）天向您提供給本公司的地址寄出書
面通知或者電子郵件終止本協議。
9.3. 若您嚴重違反任何本條款和細則，本公司可以(無論是否通知您)要
求退還預付卡並終止本協議。
9.4. 本協議的終止將不影響您根據第八章贖回未使用之資金的權利
（若有）。

通過購買現金通行証卡（“預付卡”），您同意本條款和細則。此份條款和細
則作為您的協議由您保存。在您要求之時，本公司將向您提供額外份數的條
款和細則（請參閱“聯絡本公司”）。
1. 在本條款和細則項下:
1.1. 預付卡服務是指由本公司提供的與預付卡相關的任何服務（包括呼
叫中心服務）。
1.2. 購買點是指在您購買預付卡的國家內任何您從之購買預付卡的且
參與現金通行証計劃的任何機構的分行或者門店。
1.3. 使用指引是指標題為“使用指引”的本條款和細則的附件，並且該
附件是本條款和細則不可分割之一部分。
1.4. 本公司是指 Travelex Card Services Limited（“通濟隆”）。
1.5. 您是指預付卡的購買人。
1.6. 本條款和細則項下對 “預付卡” 的提述應當包含任何額外預付
卡或者向您發放的補發預付卡。
2. 您的現金通行証預付卡
2.1. 現金通行証是一種預付貨幣旅行現金卡，其是可以使用預付卡的計
價貨幣充值的一種電子旅行支票。
2.2. 您可以獲得一張額外的預付卡（本公司可能按照“使用指引”對額
外卡收費），該卡與預付卡關聯於同筆資金，並可按照與預付卡相
同的方式使用（“額外預付卡”）。
2.3. 您的額外預付卡是作為備用或為保安目的及只可由您使用。您不得
將您的額外預付卡提供給他人使用。
2.4. 預付卡內的餘額不產生利息，且預付卡內的資金不構成您在本公司
的存款。
2.5. 除非本條款和細則項下另行規定，本公司對您承擔的義務在任何時
間均不超過預付卡內的餘額並且僅以存入預付卡內的貨幣形式承
擔。預付卡的充值或再充值只有在本公司或者本公司的代理收到您
清算了的資金後方得貸記爲您預付卡內的餘額。當本公司授權相關
交易，您預付卡內的餘額將會因應交易及收費減少。若本公司收費，
該等費用將在相關時間從您的預付卡的餘額中扣除並且您的預付
卡內的餘額也將相應地減少。關於如何贖回卡內未使用餘額的說
明，請參閱第八章。
3. 使用預付卡
3.1. 在您能夠使用預付卡前可能有至多四個營業小時的延遲。
3.2. 當您的預付卡內有充足的資金以支付交易（包括支付任何適用收
費）之時，您的預付卡可以在全球任何有 MasterCard® 接受標
記的自動提款機和商戶使用，包括商店、餐廳以及在網上使用。請
留意，預付卡僅可以電子形式使用，不得“離線”使用或者在人工終
端使用。
3.3. 每筆交易的金額以及任何相關的收費將從您的預付卡中的餘額扣
除。一旦交易被授權，本公司將不能停止該交易。
3.4. 當您在特定商戶（包括酒店和餐廳）使用您的預付卡之時，該等商
戶可能額外扣取用於支付小費/賞金的額外費用。該等金額從交易
之日起的七（7）日內可能不能使用。
3.5. 本公司不建議您將預付卡作為付費擔保使用，例如作為酒店、遊輪
或租車的保證金，因為該等商戶可能預先估算其最終賬單的金額並
暫時扣取您預付卡內相應的金額及使其暫時未能被使用。僅最終賬
單之上的實際金額會從您的預付卡中扣除，但是可能要等到交易之
日起的七 (7) 日後，該差額才供您使用。
3.6. 預付卡不能轉讓給第三者。預付卡僅可由您使用並會在預付卡正面
所示之日期到期。在到期日後，您仍舊可以從本公司領回卡內餘額
或者獲得一張補發的預付卡。
3.7. 您將對使用預付卡或者任何額外預付卡進行的所有交易負責，並且
您將確保根據本條款和細則使用預付卡和任何額外預付卡。
3.8. 您不得使用（或企圖使用）預付卡登入成人、賭博網站或從該等網
站購買貨物，或者從事任何非法的活動。您必須遵守與預付卡有關
的香港的和預付卡購買和/或使用國家的所有法律和法規（包括任
何外匯管制法規）。當您企圖使用預付卡進行違反該等法律法規的
行爲或者預付卡的使用受到該等法律法規的限制，本公司可以暫停
您的預付卡或者終止本協議。
3.9. 您僅可在預付卡內餘額為正數之時使用您的預付卡。您應對卡內
餘額足以支付您的購買交易項下的金額負責。若在極端情況下您卡
內的餘額已經少於零（0），在被要求後的三十（30）日內，您同意對
預付卡充值並使餘額等於或超過零（0）並且支付適用的“負餘額收
費”。若您的預付卡內的餘額被透支，這並不表示您的預付卡在今
後可以透支。若您的預付卡內的餘額為負數，本公司保留取消或暫
停您的預付卡的權利。本公司建議您至少每月一次查閱您的交易記
錄以及餘額。
3.10. 本公司有權將您在本公司持有的其它預付卡內的餘額用於抵扣您在
某預付卡內欠本公司的任何款項。
3.11. 當本公司根據自行判斷認為您參與了任何刑事活動或者與任何刑
事、反社會人員或組織存在關係時，本公司可以暫停您的預付卡或
者終止本協議。
3.12. 預付卡不是一張信用卡，其使用僅限於預先充值的且為預付卡內餘
額的資金，且受制於本條款和細則項下的任何其它限制。
3.13. 本公司不是一家銀行或者接受存款機構，並且預付卡不受到任何金
融服務、銀行或者存款保障計劃的保障。
3.14. 本公司可以不時地推介短消息功能並且向您發送關於您預付卡內
的餘額、預付卡活動或者其它預付卡功能的短消息通知。您可通過
向短消息通知內指定的號碼發送“STOP”以停止該等短消息通知。

4. 保護您的預付卡和密碼的安全
4.1. 當您收到預付卡之後，您應當立即在卡的背面簽名。
4.2. 您應當盡合理所能地在所有時間保持預付卡的安全以及對您的密
碼和其它保安細節保密。
4.3. 您不得允許任何其他人使用您的預付卡、密碼或其它保安資料。
4.4. 您不得與預付卡一起放置寫下的、記錄的密碼或者任何其它保安資
料。
4.5. 本公司絕對不會要求您透露您的密碼。

如何在網上購買貨物及服務？

預授權
