Use the navigation bar at the top of the page to select the Resources Menu >> Product Information.

Step 2. Select Product & Download Form

On the Product Information page, click on either the CSafe RKN or CSafe RAP drop down menus and select the "Container request form” link to open and download the form.

Once you have finished the remainder of the form, please click “E-MAIL FORM” to email the completed form to Leasing@CSafeGlobal.com.

Step 3. Fill Out Form

Once you download the form, please provide your information beginning with your company name, Air Waybill # and, if applicable, # of containers you are requesting.

Step 4. Select necessary service requirements

Finish filling out the form with container deliver instructions, contact information and select any special service requirements, as necessary.
