I had a hard time with question #3. In my mind, they all are ranked as 11

First time at CSG, like the variety of topics and open discussions, some of the more technical discussions would like to see in a break-out or separate session.

CIO - Chief Integration Officer. Need to rebrand as we all know information is free.
